I think I'm done. 4+ year account got reset back to level 1 for seemingly no reason. At least I had a good run. I'm not starting over knowing my previous progress got lost. The support is non existant too. Sad to leave the game and probably more important the community, but moving on sooner is better than later.
The only way this happens is if your email and password is changed. This can be for many reasons: 1. old login glitched (before 2019) account someone logged into and signed you out. 2. accidentally changing your login and forgetting (happens 80% of the time). 3. Someone else changed your login with access you permitted.
@@Cuday I was doing Lin Kuei tower and reached battle 200. I was setting up the team. Intenet decided to not work with me, so I closed the game and started it back up (happened a lot of times before). Boom, account reset. No changes to the login. After the reset I tried to load my old account back up, but it said I was already on that account. Login is to the reset account. I haven't given my login to anyone ever... I think it glitched out all of a sudden. Maybe a warning video would be warranted.

I wanted to hear your opinion on this and community feedback; as well as, what do you think of a a random boss encounter at the end of krypt fights for 20-35% hearts boost since the patched glitch kinda killed its playtime.
@@Cudaynah lol you would have to spend at least 200 dollars to get 300k souls even with this 2.5X bonus for 20 dollars you could 21k and after that you would have to spend more to get the same amount or less so maybe if their having like a 5X bonus

You don't farm 300k souls on a brand new account with no progress. You buy them. TapJoy can give 300k easily for like 50-100 bucks on a sale.
