I felt bad for Hunter Pence as it literally felt like Kon *DDOMINATED* the talking during the KC series. I half expected Hunter to say " *SHUT UP JON!* "

Next Saturday will be his last time EVER pitching in a Giants uniform!! 🦖 I’m going to miss him so much being on the team after this season!! @@Malibu1515 I didn't get anything wrong. The answer to your question is in his original comment. What YOU got wrong was saying that I'm interpreting his opt-out as a done deal. Nothing I said said he's guaranteed to leave, I said it was pretty likely.

The grapevine says Snell will exercise his option and leave the Bay... Why would Snell say he likes playing in Oracle? Tease the fans before he leaves? He'll be paid well enough if he stays in 2025.
Well yes if he stays and takes his option he will be paid enough but what if he doesn't play well next year ? What about his next contract? While rn he is the best MLB pitcher the last 3 months and can either get a good extension or nice contract with the Giants or another team which will guaranteed him good money for more that 1 year.
