The thing about this show is that it’s hilarious, but at the same time anticlimactic because even after she guesses who they are, she still has no idea who they are.
The most unfunny thing I've ever seen...she is awful!
But is refreshing, since there are no posses, the guest fells more like a person who’s job just happens to be entertainer.. Tig is impressed then for the accomplishments, not their fame.
I like this, specially in a world where people appears to be measured by the amount of followers, not their talent or persona.

No idea is a stretch, Tig knows Wings and Monk, you would have to have been living "under a rock" to not know of either of those shows if youre over 30 srsly.

I wonder if the actor is more conscious of opportunities to prove “see, I’m not Monk. Monk is a character I, actor Tony Shalloub, play”. True story: the US coast guard got multiple calls to rescue the crew of the SS Minow during the run of Gilligan’s Island. And fans of Downton Abbey who tour the actual estate where it was filmed complain _regularly_ that the estate owners and staff are “changing history” when disappointed to see that things in the show are different from the genuine article.

He’s my grandmas first cousin! I haven’t met him but I know a few of his sisters and if he’s anything like them he’s got to be a massive sweetheart. They tell me he’s a lot like Adrian Monk and he’s got some OCD tendencies when it comes to loading his dishwasher lol
This show is so sweet and so humbling for actors. When you get a humble actor it is even better.
Tony Shaloub is the shit, and clearly so down to earth. He and Tucci were phenomenal on screen together in Big Night. He and Tig have a nice chemistry going here.
He absolutely killed it in Galaxy Quest. An awesome ensemble cast but he, Rockwell, and Rickman really shine!
He seems so kind and down to earth, he has a very warm demeanour and a loving smile, deserves all your success and recognition, Tony!💜💫

Tony is a super nice, he participates in our local small town parade in Door County, Wisconsin each summer. He drove garbage trucks in the area...down to earth guy. Great actor!

Tony Shalhoud is one of our best actors; so underrated. I wish I could see him in more movies.
He is not underrated in any way and is very comfortable with his level of success. He has the accolades to prove how successful of an actor he is. In fact, as a character actor he has stated he prefers supporting roles to lead ones. He's a big deal, not just in a Brad Pitt kind of way
I, my wife, and son liked the show Monk a lot. I never realized that Tony Shaloub had such a great personality. This was great.

He’s my favorite actor, when I’m sad or bored I put in Monk and I’m assured to laugh while still enjoy a good investigation show. For some reason I couldn’t imagine him in anything else until I watch the marvelous Mrs Maisel and he was fantastic in his role and made me forget Mr Monk’s phobias.
Fills my heart with joy and love to see these two amazing talented and kind people. Plus I just love this show!!!!! 😊♥️
