  • #19 ~ New week new destination, in this episode we spend a few nights at Mv Sarawak camping area, Inskip Point.
Antoniu + Brax catch a decent feed of whiting on the point, then we fillet + cook them up on the beach. We explored around and visited Carlo Sandblow in Rainbow beach and take a walk to Poona Lake.

We are a family of four living in our caravan nomading around Australia.
We've sold our house and most of our belongings to live a life of freedom, minimising our environmental footprint and to simplify our lifestyle.
We aren't bound by a time frame and are happy just floating with the breeze (hence our name inspired by the proverb 'A rolling stone gathers no moss).
We want to park our home on wheels at a destination and let fate do the rest!

Hint: always fillet your fish freshly caught. Easier to remove scales and gut and the flesh is softer.whiting is awesome. Love that yabbie catcher I’ll have to get one. Thanks for sharing

Hey guys, I’ve preferred filleting my fish after some time in the fridge, I seem to get nicer fillets quicker when the flesh is a bit firmer. The yabbie pump is great hey, this is the first time I’ve actually used one haha 😂 No worries take it easy🤙🏽
