Specifically here 1:15 The inlines aren't consistent, and will occasionally be on the side you are not expecting it to be, which doesn't follow the usual rules previous songs seemed to follow, where the next note faces should correspond with where the hand is at, you will notice that all the really old songs that were there since release of the game were not like this, and expert + was a lot less with skill of prediction, but either really fast reactions or trial and error to find where the weird notes are.
