They're going to keep going up. I just got a projection. If the new people keep coming and demanding expensive homes. Developers will build the expensive homes which will raise prices on all homes in Florida as land become scarce to build on. Like in California. Why their prices are obscene. Now the same thing is happening here. Developers running amok and building like crazy. Projections are crazy. Sure, the price of the home will triple but nobody can afford the insurance and taxes. He would be wasted as President or VP at this time. Florida and the South need him. Many people are escaping the chains of their current state and coming to Florida. A strong Governor is needed to aid these new and current Florida residents.
They're just going to make Florida very expensive like California. Already people are moving out of Florida because they can't afford the insurance. Moving to Georga and South Carolina for relief. Poor Floridians are already hating the New Yorks and Californians moving in. Next the roads will need repairing and new schools. More hospitals. Just going to cause prices to go up and pressure later on for more taxes.
