9:04 yeah, plastic leeches chemicals so you should never use anything for food if it was used for something inedible. If you even use 5-gal buckets for gardening edible plants, you have to make sure they're foodsafe buckets, new or only used in the food industry. If you plant tomatoes in an old paint bucket you can actually poison your tomatoes with residual chemicals. I think there's a symbol or code on buckets made for food use also so if you can't tell what it was used for, that's one indicator, but I can't remember.
