I really appreciate Floss covering the lower level headphones. I bought 2 pairs of TOZO headphones after his review (one for work and one for hanging around the house). At $50 it was a great deal and came with a great app too.
actually, not happy with my purchase for TOZO headphones. It crackles at high volumes. It also does not perform well with custom EQ settings. Bass also performs worst imo no matter what EQ I set.
Had these for 4 months. Still holds up and Floss's EQ made them better. Also a previous issue was that it took a long time almost 10 seconds to hold and turn off the headphones but after the most recent update, now its 3 seconds
I bought these last week. I wear a size 8 1/4 hat size and these fit extremely comfortably. I feel like they'll easily accomodate much later heads too.

same man. These are my budgets to my bose. None of the default EQ's work good, tried my custom V shape that I also do, still no. Zoomed in and carefully copied Floss's EQ and wow the volume goes up, bass kicking, and vocals perfect. No doubt had to name the setting Floss

I don’t know if I got a bum pair but I thought they sounded terrible. I tried playing with the EQ and everything and it was bad. I returned them and I’m still good with the Soundcore Q30s.

just got these. Bose QC Ultra are my main ones but wanted a cheaper backup pair and with a lot of those budget options I went with Earfun. Gotta say pretty impressed but of course they can make further improvements with the company's first headphones. Will say your EQ settings did work with me also after my usual v shape didn't get there.

Floss, would you consider doing a short review of the anker soundcor life Q30's? I want to upgrade from my old ones but don't want to break the bank. There are some sony WCH070N's for sale I want to get but I'm still unsure, cause they're refurbished, but I still really wanna get them. The q20's have been really good to me for over 3-4 years and was wondering if the q30's could go toe to toe with pretty much most other headphones with it's features, bordering both quality but good affordable price. What I just really am trying to look for and want is the perfect headset for me. Something that will last (earbuds are fine as long as I can get good replacements. It's annoying though to have to get them changed almost every year and a half bc of sweat. I live in my headphones pretty much) is something I really need. Good battery life is preferred, but the option to have a cable to connect to devices when battery is low (or don't have bluetooth like an older handheld) and is really nice. Other than that, I just want good sound and noise canceling of course. The sony's look good but I'm still a bit on the fence cause there seems to be a bit of other good contenders as well, and there are some other reviews online that look like it might have a few minor frustrations with me. What would you suggest, flossy?
I've had the Q 30's for almost 3 years. I love them. I really like the transparency mode as well, which is easy to turn on with the over ear hold. I wear them daily in the office and sometimes in the evening to not disturb the family as I'm cruising youtube or netflix on my ipad. Great battery life, sound good, excellent features. Can't say enough good things about them.
@@mjregier I assumed that much, my q20's were really good, up untill a few weeks ago, my left speaker oddly became slightly weaker. It was tough to discern if it was an issue with my headphones or with my ears, but eventually it was apparent it was an issue with my headphones. I plan on potentially picking those up sooner or later, I just don't know if I should get the sony's instead since they're pretty darn good, all I wish I knew is how they compare in the quality department and which one is better and more worthwhile to get.

Great review as always, however... I'd love if you tested how devices sound playing Metal for two reasons. One, I'd just love to hear your reaction to the music itself, and Two I'd like to hear your thoughts on the quality of sound. You can test it out on one of my absolute favourite bands, AMORPHIS with the song "Grain of Sand". Or maybe Painkiller by Judas Priest. It's just AWSOME!!!🤘🤘

Got mine yesterday, very disappointed. I find they cause a lot of pressure for me. Never had that before on a set of cans. Sound wise they’re fine but I can feel my heartbeat with them on with ANC on or off. Disappointing.
