I got the effect to work, but it doesn't allow the button to be clicked twice without refreshing the page. If someone were to scroll up to the top again, then click the same link it wont scroll them back down without a website refresh. Do you know why that happens?

@@Svaren Thanks to you for the quick feedback. Can you tell me what exactly to look for in the code? I'm familiar with HTML but I'm just overwhelmed by where to find "classes" and "target values".
In that little snippet that you pasted in the comment above, you have class=“” and target=“” Delete both of those and see what happens. My guess is that google doesn’t like them being empty.

when applying this do all of the sections need to be on one page? My pages are set up as folders, then having pages to break up the overall page.
