    My question is: how do we obtain the condensed material? Most materials aren't n presented in that way. I am very interested in this technique for self study. I just have no clue how to take normal books and condense them down properly.

    This is very similar to the pomodoro technique. The technique is you work for 25 minutes then take a 5 minute break but it doesn't specify what to do during the break. This seems like it's an improvement to the pomodoro technique

    Hello! I just found out about this today because of the Halo sport gadget and wanted to know if it´s the same principle. Another thing I wanted to mention is meditation, I went to 7 Vipassana meditation retreats as tought by S.N Goenka . I want to say that during those 10 day retreats when I was meditating up to 9 hs a day, I could experience great mind calmness, sharpness and great clarity among many other good things. They seem to strengthen as one continue the 2 hs a day meditation once back home. But as hard is to be consistent when I skip the routine for long time Im aware of the absence of those benefits. My experience tells me that meditating helps the brain function enourmously and it is a practice that should be considered to improve one´s brain and life in general. Sorry for my english , Cheers.

    How can someone implement this method in studying for final exams? I'm in medical school and sometimes it is overwhelming to spend so much time memorising different info about drugs n diseases where it is occasionally repetitive enough to make you mistake somethings for other things, I do believe that there is a brain hack for inserting information in the brain like a computer but there never seems to be such a way

    Can you give us the link where you found this article or study? The reason I ask is due to you saying condense material.

    When you say "presented in another way" do you mean go say from reading to watching TH-cam videos on the material?

      ***** Did you you ever get around to trying any Modafil/armodafinil
      products? I found them incredibly effective at keeping me productive, and keeping me in a fond mood.
      Thanks for the tDCS info, just ordered my tDCS device!!
      Also been doing the 90min study sessions, with my mate. Were hoping to fast track our journey to becoming master concept artist. :D I'll let you know if the tDCS helps when I get it.

    This is no long term memory hack but a simple didactic method well know in educational theory.

    In a couple of days from now i am going to try using the tdcs device to help me in high school, if what you say is true, then I'm going to run experiments ( and include adderall in it) to try to see just how fast I can finish an online course

      wtfftw3000 Try Armodafinil and some other nootropic brain stacks like racetams instead of prescription Add/Vivance/Ritalin, etc. That and this might be optimal.

    Hi Andy!
    your an extraordinary woman! I noticed your hair began thinning rather rapidly as you began using tdcs with electrodes attached to your vagina. now im curious did you use a gel spray or did your natural vagina juices keep the electrodes in place?
    also were u successful in reversing your genital herpes with anode placed on left vagina flab, and cathode placed on right ass hpv wart?

    • @bdiddyp
      @bdiddyp 9 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I'm not sure what you have against him personally, but I love that you refer to a "vagina flab". That terminology shows just how intelligent you are to be making baseless attacks against someone you probably don't even know. How many times are you going to call him a woman? Let's try for more this time, maybe it will make it more true.
