Dr Saab, very informative video,yr ivalution for gastritis is very great..but one thing u did not emphasis is to avoid chilly which in my case is very necessary...Any chilly powder or chilly if consumed, irritations and burning of stomach starts,so may be ulcer has developed..

Jo ki balance diet ho lena h. Fir sara din oot patang ki chize ni leni. Pani peete rahna h. Shaam me khana jaldi khana h. Night me sone k pahle fruit chaat ya fruit kha kar so jana h.
