You're not getting 200w with a 100A trip in there, or the trip is not shutting off, then it's dangerous. you need at minimum 35mm² wire and a 200A FUSE or high quality circuit breaker (not what you have!) Also remember Lithium batteries WILL allow a high draw current to be released so the other electrical devices especially the protection circuitry must be good, working and reliable components.
ps with your set up, you might as well have bought a 1000w inverter as that's all it can reliably use with the 100A trip.
