Dialogue in Latin III: Via Latina longa est.

This dialogue in Classical Latin uses the Hans Ørberg method, which does not include a translation into any language. Instead, the leaner is supposed deduce the meaning of the dialogue from context. You read nicely but your pronunciation is off: you should study proper Latin stress. You are pronouncing most words with the wrong stress.
For instance, Latin words are NEVER stressed on the last syllable (except for a handful of adverbs).

how useful was this method for learning latin? i read about it on a blog linked to "the dowling method" www.rci.rutgers.edu/~wcd/Latin.htm it sounded very interesting but i've never heard from anyone who used it. what's your judgment?
