I was taking medicine for sugar but I did not know that because of my food habit my creatinine level is getting high . No Dr told me what is going on . They were telling sugar level decrease. So kidney was served. But how to do low sugar I do not know and no body give advice.
Yes I like to eat sweets so not understand.
But thanks to Dr Puru so I started to watch you tube and slowly slowly getting to learn .
Stop drinking milk which I loved, and start eating food which Dr suggested. And fruits.
Now I understand Aliphatic Dr why did not give medicine for kidney.
Second I was looking for Ayurvedic guidance . But long time I could not getting.
Because from child my kidney was week but proper guidance could not getting . Because I was not in India I am USA.

@@DrPuruDhawan is method se to harek admi ki 20% kidney kam nahi kar rahi hai. ex. if creatnine is 0 then add 2 is equal to 2 rhen multiply by 10 = 20 means 20% not work so i think wrong this calculation
