Okay...Okay...So I've read that those who made this film pretty much ignored Roald Dahl's input and interpreted the book Charlie and the Chocolate Factory the way they wanted to (Dahl HATED the idea of a musical and Wonka as any sort of a father figure for Charlie)....but I've gotta say I still love, love, LOVE this film...
