Its so weird looking at this video and looking at the comments 5 years ago dissing how "RDJ is not Tony Stark" when now its impossible to think of any actor who could bring the right combinations of "likeable jerk" that Robert does so well.
Casting Robert Downey Jr for this was the best choice they could have made for Iron Man and Favreau directing looks like a great choice he really seems to know his stuff, and for god sake people stop whining if you really want to see the clips you can find them elsewhere, it's not difficult.
Of all the panels I attended, that Iron man clip got the loudest cheer. And yes, from what I saw/heard/learned I really do think Iron man will be one of the best comic-book movies of all time.
6 months ago the people said: "Iron Man = Fantastic Four" Now the people say: "IRON MAN rules!!!!!" I think the movie it`s going to be the movie of 2008.
Wow coming here 10 years later .... Now that IW is out it feels so amazing. This is where it all started. Ironman still remains the best origin story in my opinion.
Going on 15 years. . . this video is instant dopamine. So great to see how much confidence everyone had in this then and what it has become. Seeing Feige's face light up at the last question and simply say, "That's the plan", is so satisfying, not only because he did it with Ironman, but because after seeing Infinity War and Endgame, and now No Way Home, it's not just something he said in the past tense. It is something that is ongoing. Seeing Kevin Feige say "That's the plan" with a smile on his face no matter what year it is will always be exciting. He needs a cameo.
It’s so cool seeing the ground work being laid here. They had here what other cinematic universes that launching now are lacking, passion. These guys were are still fans of these characters and story’s, and they were focused on making a good movie. The MCU was a plan but didn’t rely on iron man to set up the entire universe. There were hints but never any scenes that took away focus from the story
Jon Favreau is just such a mastermind. He really just understands it. It's especially clear at this early stage that he cares so incredibly much, and it's so clear in the film as well.
Stan looks like a kid in a candy shop. Seeing a character that he wrote all those years ago finally come to fruition on the big screen & get the platform & recognition he deserves is amazing.
It can be found if you look hard enough ;) I just can't post it because 1. it's a copyright violation, and 2, Paramount invited me to this thing and paid for my flights etc, and they were real nice to me, so I gotta do right by them and play by the rules.
NICE, thanks for sneaking in that last half second of him flying through the clouds. (Hey.. its something) and we appreciate your trying to get permission to show the clips as well.
Blunty3000 - THANK YOU FOR THIS POST! As someone who can't get to ComicCon AND a huge Iron Man fan, I thank you for allowing me access to this! Very nice job! PS - I'm GLAD you were able to go 24 minutes~!
there's a very simple reason Klaxon... the clips are produced exclusively for comic-con, to be a draw for that event. if the stuff wasn't exclusive, if people could be sure of seeing this stuff anywhere and everywhere the comic-con experience would be slightly less cool.
Accents aren't biological, they're trained in depending on where you live. In any case, woot, totally looking forward to this movie now. It's refreshing to see a cast that have a dynamic offscreen, and have such an obvious passion for the comics.
I hope they give JACK KIRBY the proper credit. It is wierd to see STAN LEE'S NAME EVERYWHERE on EVERY MOVIE yet everyone in comics KNOWS that KIRBY CREATED ALMOST ALL OF THE MARVEL UNIVERSE! Stan is great but, as Stan said, JACK IS THE KING. Jack created Iron-Man. Stan wrote the dialogue. The marvel method of allowing the artist to do the story first and then adding dialogue after was perfect for both Stan and Jack... BUT JACK WAS THE CREATIVE FORCE... not Stan. Stan did excellent dialogue.
"Slave to the man"? Oh good grief... dude, even if I'd paid my own way I wouldn't put up the trailer, it's a copyright violation and I'm a content partner so playing by the rule of law is important, shit even if I weren't a partner I wouldn't put it up, I'd risk my account being deleted. I'm hardly a "slave" I'm just not going to BREAK THE LAW.
Do you think when Stan The Man Lee first wrote Iron Man(and Fantastic Four, Spiderman, X-Men, etc.) that he would be seeing movies made from his creations 40 some years later?
lol, Stan Lee can't die, his power's are immortality and time travel c: He was the same age in the 40s and his is now to see Captain America and he drank that soda from the hulk c: He's never going to die :D
Just a couple questionsn, did they send you to take 20 minute videos or to extract shots and make Blunty3000 YT videos or what? Or does this have nothing to do with YT? I guess most of us don't know. Seemed cool, butwhy send Blunty as opposed to Joe Smoe, or does it have something to do with another project you work on? Thanks.
Actually I hate it... I'd LOVE to show you the cool shit I've had to remove from some of these vids... but y'know... copyright laws and the like, I only got expressed permission from paramount for what I'm showing you (and I'm showing you every last second I'm permitted to:) )
Actually, when I interviewed her, she seemed to have quite a good handle on the character she plays, and Tony Stark. She's an ACTRESS, it's her JOB to "fake" it, but don't be mistaken, she's not ignorant of her character, nor that of the others shes playing against.
I haven't watched sm3 yet :'( but what I meant is that fan4 was sort of lame, watchable thought, so I hope it's at least better than that, sm1 quality would be more than enough for me. Though let's hope is even better.. damn! I wish blunty would make a fake account and upload the trailer :P
When someone has lived in another country for a long time they start taking on the accent. The same as Ali Larter is Australian but save for a every now and then she doesn't sound like an Aussie.
aww man come on i love ironman hes my favourite hero next to superman...i read some of his comics...its just i can't drive to comicCom i'm in canada and i'm 14....not fair!!..
hope this movie is a launch pad for Robert Downey Jr he really deserves a BIG break the guys got a unique talent
And 11 years later....
I.....am.... iron man
SpikeXtreme mhmmm
haha
Man......this comment aged very nice lol
SpikeXtreme Holy shit you hoped right.
They had no idea of what was coming did they.
No one did.
He commented this before endgame lmao
Its so weird looking at this video and looking at the comments 5 years ago dissing how "RDJ is not Tony Stark" when now its impossible to think of any actor who could bring the right combinations of "likeable jerk" that Robert does so well.
Watching this after Endgame. Look how far we have come.
Casting Robert Downey Jr for this was the best choice they could have made for Iron Man and Favreau directing looks like a great choice he really seems to know his stuff, and for god sake people stop whining if you really want to see the clips you can find them elsewhere, it's not difficult.
This comment legit aged like fine wine 🍷!!!
All I can say is kudos to you
Of all the panels I attended, that Iron man clip got the loudest cheer. And yes, from what I saw/heard/learned I really do think Iron man will be one of the best comic-book movies of all time.
Hell yeah
Even to this day... Rest in Peace, Tony Stark and Stan Lee. :,)
Boom, u looking for this?
HOW WAS THE FUN V
You thought right, BluntyTV
We started with iron man and now we are at avengers infinity war
We're in the Endgame.
Well, even that is done
@@nimisha6584 now were about to enter the Multiverse era..
@@andremotivation6561 now we’re on WandaVision. A wonderful edition to the MCU.
This is amazing. Ten years later we are here. Thank you Robert Downey Jr! ❤️
Wow. A small set of people believed and hoped this would be something 10 years ago. Now look where they are today.
Look. Where are TODAY.
6 months ago the people said:
"Iron Man = Fantastic Four"
Now the people say:
"IRON MAN rules!!!!!"
I think the movie it`s going to be the movie of 2008.
and now endgame is sorta the movie of 2019.
Mcu hasn't been the same since he was gone
Well it looks like he didnt get to play War machine haha
Got greedy, and we got Cheadle, I'd say we came out on top.
I feel like a time traveller looking all of these 12 year prior comments, telling people dont worry its not going to be big its going to be huge
Jon Favreau doesn’t get enough credit man.
They have never imagined that they will become the most successful franchise of all time.
I was at this panel and it was one of the best of the whole weekend!
When they mention Avengers you just want to tell them 'just wait and see, your dream is coming'
And now we've reached the *Endgame.*
I literally got chills. They seem so humble here, I wondered if they had any idea
Their dream was not coming... this... this they couldn’t think of in their wildest dreams.
Long live Iron Man and Stan Lee.
Ubermensch18 you said it
Stan lee is the man
He sure is
Wow coming here 10 years later .... Now that IW is out it feels so amazing. This is where it all started. Ironman still remains the best origin story in my opinion.
11 years later, tony saves the universe with a sanp. Love you 3000!!!

The banter between Robert and Stan is amazing 😂😂

Thank You Blunty, fantastic footage. This is going to be a wicked movie.
And it was.
Jon Favreau is just such a mastermind. He really just understands it. It's especially clear at this early stage that he cares so incredibly much, and it's so clear in the film as well.
Stan Lee's comments were REALLY positive man, WOW! This movie could be BIIIIIIIG xD!!!
❤️❤️
Stan looks like a kid in a candy shop. Seeing a character that he wrote all those years ago finally come to fruition on the big screen & get the platform & recognition he deserves is amazing.
RDJ is always funny!
It can be found if you look hard enough ;) I just can't post it because 1. it's a copyright violation, and 2, Paramount invited me to this thing and paid for my flights etc, and they were real nice to me, so I gotta do right by them and play by the rules.
Little did they know that they are going to be the biggest and most successful franchise ever.
RDJ is the hottest man alive.... theres is not one thing he can wear that would ruin his sexiness
NICE, thanks for sneaking in that last half second of him flying through the clouds. (Hey.. its something) and we appreciate your trying to get permission to show the clips as well.
I hope it's a great movie; I'm starting to get excited.
It was 12 years ago. Thank you stan
Blunty3000 -

Holy Crap, it's the LEGENDARY STAN LEE!!!!!!!!
Started from the bottom now we're here
Thanks, Blunty. That was awesome!
that's Stan, the muthafucking MAN, Lee to you :P
The End Credit scene should have been no surprise for those attending this comic con BECAUSE Kevin Feige said they were doing the Avengers.@23:40
I hope they give JACK KIRBY the proper credit. It is wierd to see STAN LEE'S NAME EVERYWHERE on EVERY MOVIE yet everyone in comics KNOWS that KIRBY CREATED ALMOST ALL OF THE MARVEL UNIVERSE! i think Robert's in character in this video, it seems like it!
Captain America should follow suit with the darkness. (Can't wait to see the shield.)
If Stan Lee endorses it, I'm so fucking there.
Its still going to be in San Diego, CA. Its always there.
cant wait for this one
Do you think when Stan The Man Lee first wrote Iron Man(and Fantastic Four, Spiderman, X-Men, etc.) that he would be seeing movies made from his creations 40 some years later?
is the footage somewhere in youtube?
I feel bad for Terrence Howard
Yes, he actually helped RDJ get the audition for iron man. Specially now that Disney + is giving doing Armor Wars with War Machine.
lol, Stan Lee can't die, his power's are immortality and time travel c: He was the same age in the 40s and his is now to see Captain America and he drank that soda from the hulk c: He's never going to die :D
Elmos Legend Gaming oh boy
Some dude yelled out "You rule!"
freakin awesome!
He wont come out in any movie's he is credited for?
can't you add the clip now? it's not a secret anymore. please...
Just a couple questionsn, did they send you to take 20 minute videos or to extract shots and make Blunty3000 YT videos or what? Or does this have nothing to do with YT? I guess most of us don't know. I truly hope it ends up better than fantastic 4.
I say you are doing the right thing, the state its only for comic-con
Don't worry so about it

Actually I hate it... I'd LOVE to show you the cool shit I've had to remove from some of these vids... but y'know... copyright laws and the like, I only got expressed permission from paramount for what I'm showing you (and I'm showing you every last second I'm permitted to:) )
Stan Lee is the don!
Actually, when I interviewed her, she seemed to have quite a good handle on the character she plays, and Tony Stark. She's an ACTRESS, it's her JOB to "fake" it, but don't be mistaken, she's not ignorant of her character, nor that of the others shes playing against.

I haven't watched sm3 yet :'(

damn! I wish blunty would make a fake account and upload the trailer :P
Well.... Hope you were satisfied?
Jon F. = Len Tillem's nephew
I am Iron Man ✋😎
She's American.
When someone has lived in another country for a long time they start taking on the accent. The same as Ali Larter is Australian but save for a every now and then she doesn't sound like an Aussie.
Awww.
Hehe - i think we all know that feeling!
aww man come on i love ironman hes my favourite hero next to superman...i read some of his comics...its just i can't drive to comicCom i'm in canada and i'm 14....not fair!!..
