Now I understand why her performances are flawed. She has too many yes-men around herself. They seem like groupies, that start jumping and cheering at anything she does. Hence the now infamous catwalk of hers that´s horrid. She should try to surround herself with a proper dance teacher, who will tell her exactly what she can improve. Also, unless one learns dance properly (and not just for a role), one won´t even get the posture right. It takes a year just to get that posture to set. Mahira seems to love dancing so much that she smiles irrespective of the meaning of the lyrics. That´s another thing that needs to be corrected. You cannot start shaking your head like a tawaif´s expression, just because the lyrics are in Urdu. 😉
