Great video Lloyd, love that spot and it's a difficult spot to land fish on the flood. Risk lifting fish out or one step in the drink. Nice eel at the end.
Another great video Lloyd, really enjoyed that, lovely eel to finish the session with too! hate losing so much gear, but it's part of the game 😁 tight lines pal 👍 🎣
Cracking Conger at one point i thought that wave when you dropped it, was going to take it back in luckily you grabbed it just in time. Well Done. Stay Safe, Barry (the Wirral)
Hi Ade, hope you’re well mate. Shorter walk from the cafe car park by the lighthouse but you get longer fishing from the football field and the lay by. The point just in front of the lighthouse doesn’t expose to get around it for the ebb and can cut you off in the flood. If I’m hound fishing I will take the longer walk for more fishing Time.
Hi Mike, no I’ve seen them before but not tried them. Might be something to try in the future however I think it might be very time consuming drilling out the holes for the cable to go through
Hi Dan, thanks for watching. 3 places in mind for rays would the knap in Barry over high or low if fishing low a bigger tide is sometimes better, friers also located in barry over high water and also ogmore over low water. Hope that helps
Brilliant Lloyd great video as always buddy some cracking Eels mate just one little question what mainline was you using on your reels ? again love watching the videos full of information as always keep the cracking video coming lads see you on the next can't wait 👏👍🎣 tight lines
@@BanditFishingUK thank you buddy for the reply To be honest for me your channel is one of the best ones on TH-cam me and wife Tina have watched all the videos and enjoyed all of them with you and Phil from the start to the end and full of information look forward to the next video and tight lines to both 🎣👍👏
Hi Andre it’s close to Nash lighthouse. You can see it in the background of some of the clips. Beware it can be dangerous on the rocks and with the cliffs behind. I wouldn’t recommend going here alone on your first trip.
Good vid..but unfortunately having to unsubscribe due to lack of content..nothing nasty but a video every month or so ain't enough for me to help fund a channel where there hardly any content..videos were good tactics are great and good lads but I'm one of them that only subscribes to frequent content like once a week atleast...Good luck though and all the best ✌
Hi Steve, really sorry to hear this and appreciate your feedback. Both myself and Phil have young families work full time and fishing comes 3rd in the pecking order. Family time is more important to us than anything els. When we fish we aim to film unfortunately every session isn’t as productive as the next to create content. 3 failed bass videos in the estuaries and copious amounts of dogfish in the channel make things difficult. As for funding the channel subscribers don’t fund the channel. We get nothing based on the number of subscribers we have to the channel. Thanks for the support and all the best.
@@BanditFishingUK totally agree with the family and work that's the most important and considering you dontbget any funding then I shall resubscribe now as I feel bad now..plus your also fellow welshmen so I can't do that silly move on my half...as for the failed sessions though still put them up as I k ow people still enjoy the content as did I I ifbthere was just the dog fish or a blank,,as we still can learn things and at times just nice to watch people fish marks you fish ect..I just used to love watching for tips and techniques and still use them now and has improved my fishing...so sorry il resubscribe now I can't do that..welsh stuck together..apologies and good luck.
Thanks for the input I have targeted myself with a number of videos to make this year and hopefully will achieve that. Now lighter nights are here we may get away with evening sessions and filming those. It’s terribly hard at night alone. I have done a video that I hope will be ready for Wednesday.
@@BanditFishingUK they are greedy sods alright , it's finding the one thing they won't touch but all other species love will make someone a very rich man 😃

Great video Lloyd, love that spot and it's a difficult spot to land fish on the flood. Risk lifting fish out or one step in the drink. Nice eel at the end.
You’re spot on there mate. Hence why I didn’t name the mark. So easy to step off and be in 6 foot of water. Thanks for watching

Great effort as always bud!!
Thanks Stu. Was a hard day trying to keep up with it all and record it.
Really enjoyed that. Just subscribed as well 👍
Great helpful video. And covers lots of practical methods and tips instead of trying to be some kind of tv entertainer like too many youtubers.
Well in lloyd lovely eel 👍
Thanks Rob 🎣🎣👍👍
Top Video as always, glad you managed to land the Eel at the end looked like it was going to just slip away from you at one point
Cheers Mike, definitely run though my mind that it was going to slither away.
Well done mate. Another awesome one..
Cheers pal, you managed to get out much?
@@BanditFishingUK think the last time I was out was October.. I'll get back to it again this month I hope.
Well done on a great session lloyd, some decent congers there mate
Cheers Del, few bigger eels showing at the moment. Will go and give them another go soon 👍👍
Nice video and nice Conger, never caught one myself we don't get many our way here on the Holderness Coast
They’re around in massive numbers down here in the channel. Sometime a real lump pops up. Thanks for watching

Well done mate. 👏 top video as always.
Wearing headphones audio only coming out on right hand side.
Thanks for watching and for the feedback. Will have a play around in the house to see if I can rectify this.
Cracking Conger at one point i thought that wave when you dropped it, was going to take it back in luckily you grabbed it just in time. Well Done.

Hi Ade, hope you’re well mate. Shorter walk from the cafe car park by the lighthouse but you get longer fishing from the football field and the lay by.

cracking vid once again, do you mind if i ask where this is please?
Hi Simon, it’s a mark close to Nash light house. You can see it in the background on some of the clips.
Are you 2 brothers? Just started watching your vids and absolutely loving them.
Hi David, no we’re not brothers but can see how you come to that conclusion. Thanks for watching 👍🎣
Great vid. Have you tried the South African leads with plastics trimmer cable instead of wires on roughish
ground ?
Hi Mike, no I’ve seen them before but not tried them. Might be something to try in the future however I think it might be very time consuming drilling out the holes for the cable to go through
Hey mate great videos got to say I'm from South wales aswell was just wondering whats the best but easiest mark for rays ?
Hi Dan, thanks for watching. 3 places in mind for rays would the knap in Barry over high or low if fishing low a bigger tide is sometimes better, friers also located in barry over high water and also ogmore over low water. Hope that helps
@@BanditFishingUK thanks replying mate will be trying those locations then 😊

Great video Lloyd great congers .. how you finding the tronix rods ?
Hi Peter, they’re a good rod for the channel, plenty of power and a nice tip to absorb the tide.
Cracking way to end the vid buddy thats my target for this year foe the channel is a double conger and to beat my. 6lb 11 bass
Good luck Scott, I’m after a bigger bass too. Hopefully snag one over the weekend 👍👍
@@BanditFishingUK fishing pendine sunday club match so fingers crossed

What rod are you using on your big rod ? Is it a tronixpro ?
Hi Jordan; yes mate they’re a pair of competition match GT2’s

Hahah funny you mention squid, I had a doggy sick up a whole squid a fortnight ago. There must be a lot of them in the channel.
