Thank you. Your country is so sweet. I am still here almost 3-weeks later & enjoying every moment as I count down my days before I going back home...... I feel everyone should enjoy USA experience at least once in a lifetime, that would change our perception back at home & understand why we are referred to as 3rd World and probably see how we can become a developed country in future. But most importantly I enjoyed the Conference❤️
Are you the one who did "The Effects of Drug and Substance Abuse on Employees’ Job Performance on Selected Insurance Companies in Nairobi, Kenya"? (2019) I found it on USIU-Africa digital repository
Hello, Yes, that's me and that's my Research Work, submitted to USIU in 2019 it took an year and a lot of sleepless nights not to mention tears of frustration, but am glad It was a big success. I hope you loved my work and you learnt a piece or two about Addiction at workplace. As well, I hope it was helpful & met your purpose. Are you a scholar ...? If yes, I wouldn't mind to hear of your research area just incase you are doing one.
@@allsmilestherapycenterHello. Your work impressed me. As of now I'm a bachelor's degree holder in Education (It's less than 2yrs since I graduated). I came across your TH-cam channel and then developed interest to know what you do in Kenya. That's when I searched "Trizah Kainika" and one of the search outcomes was "Teresia..." in the USIU website. I wanted to be certain that it's you. I also came across your LinkedIn profile and the Education section by itself is an inspiration. I've been exploring how I can pursue a Master's in Curriculum Development or Psychology in future.
@@allsmilestherapycenterI can't trace my response here but let me rewrite again. I was impressed by your thesis, I have an idea how writing psychology research papers can be hectic, congratulations you made it. I went through your LinkedIn profile and your Education achievements are an inspiration. On my background, I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Education in 2022. I've been thinking how I can advance my studies with a Master's in Curriculum Development or Psychology. I will make a decision as I consider other aspects in the journey, such as finances. Keep up!
I love how highly you talk about our country USA 😊 its a lovely place.
Thank you.
