here are some spop references i found in the owl house. i'm currently watching it and... lumity, yes please. ~credits~ intro pic: aestheticstrawberry on deviantart intro song: solitude by rook1e
uh to all apparently salty people, before y'all comment, this is all fun and games !! i personally don't know if the owl house and she ra have or doesn't have an exclusive connection, but this is mostly just for funsies! yes! this is just me combining the universes of two shows that i love! so take it easy : D
Fun fact: "Save the Cat" is a writing technique that establishes the a heroic character is someone worth cheering for. It's contrasted by "Kick the puppy", which establishes an evil character as someone worth cheering against.
Technically the sword was a heman reference, since his phrase is “for the power of grayskull”, but it’s the same universe as she ra so I’ll let it slide
Am i the only one who sees the similarities between hordak and the emperor? like they both work for a superior power, (horde prime and titan) and both love to flaunt on their throne.
yea, they're very similar in that sense. also in their motives or root of their villainization which is basically just having a fucked up perception of "unity and peace" and using the very morals that kind of counteract those concepts in order to establish them. i must say though, that this new approach to creating villains in media is quite appealing and interesting.
There's another one so in beast island(she ra) Adore says "can't do this" while the weird vines covered her and in for the future Willow says "I can't do this" while getting covered in vines
I fuckin hate the she ra fandom when it ends they have to go jump to a new show and make the only thing worth talking about is "GAy GAY Gay" Like these people are overreacting it's normal to have LGBT characters now so chill tf and yes I have watched she ra I think it's overrated but it's good I give it a 5/10 And I already know some sjw's are gonna call me homophobic but if I really was I'd have given up on toh by episode 12
There's only one she ra reference 🥱 The first one You people act she ra owns cliche's like magical girl transformations or rivals being redeemed seriously?!
How is Luz mentioning Azura befriending her rival a Shera reference exsactly? It's just a book trope that they decided to poke a little fun of. It's realy comnon and not at all exclusive to Shera. Fuck it could be the last airbender reference, it could a reference to Gravity falls ( that moment Dipper decides convinces Gideon to betray Bill Cyper), or heck it could reference My Hero Academia with Bakugo and Deku's rivalry.

THERE WAS ANOTHER ONE, IN EPISODE 9 SHE GOES “YOU BRING THE RAZZLE, I’LL BRING THE DAZZLE AHHHH
oooh i missed that 😅😅
that’s like a voltron reference tho, like lance. and its also said in legend of korra “RAZZLE DAZZLE” 😛
Here's being back razzzzz!!!
Wouldn’t it be awesome if azura and Hecate were adora and catra just put into a book and given different designs
"shave the cat" LMAO BYE

whoa :O thanks for sharing!!
Technically the sword was a heman reference, since his phrase is “for the power of grayskull”, but it’s the same universe as she ra so I’ll let it slide
but... adora/sheras catchphrase was “for the honour of grayskull”... which is what it’s referencing
Ranga no its not referencing she ra
@@lucy-rt7bc it said power not honour it's a he-man reference
Am i the only one who sees the similarities between hordak and the emperor? like they both work for a superior power, (horde prime and titan) and both love to flaunt on their throne.
only difference could be i love hordak and hate the emperor

whenever she talks about "azora" it gives me Adora vibes "I can befriend the enemy like Azora did." no adora basically married her enemy LOL
Well, Noelle Stevenson’s wife Molly Ostertag is a staff writer for the Owl House, so it’s no surprise she would slide in She-Ra references

0:41 AHHHH I NEVER NOTICED THIS
“by the power of skullgar”
Pretty sure it’s a he man reference cuz the sword said by the power

0:42 was actually a he-man reference
My favorite one XD 1:52
Omg I love this, just fallen in love with both these shows
Disney might have been inspired/influenced by Dreamworks:She Ra to make their own show similar to She Ra
There's another one so in beast island(she ra) Adore says "can't do this" while the weird vines covered her and in for the future Willow says "I can't do this" while getting covered in vines
this needs more views, what the hell !!!!
the she-ra house
edit: confession: I came here just put this. byenow!
Luz and Amity's dance is a reference to Adora and Catra's dance. It is confirmed that the same person wrote these scenes.
O-O There were refrences!?!??!

maigela no problem your videos are AWESOME

Something I’ve been wondering.. does carts have skin fur or fur the color of skon
I'm only 21, but I feel too old for this fandom. Like... y'all know that She-Ra's a remake and that He-Man existed, right?
Literally wtf does that have to do with the video?
The same people work on the show so it’s not really surprising
HHHHHHHH I SAW THIS AND SCREAMED
The first one is a He-Man reference but same dif I suppose
My two favorite shows TvT
There isn't shera video were I dont see catra and adora kiss at least once and I'm here for it
