If the schedule is two weeks ahead, why do you need to stay up until it drops at midnight?
Because it comes out one week at a time every sunday at midnight and that is when people give away shifts they can't work and I have to swoop in and claim them in order to work full time hours
I love these! It’s interesting how you are part time yet get full time benefits for working full time? That’s nice! Is there a difference between the position you are in now compared to being a full time employee? Are there different benefits? I’m assuming you get freedom in. Choosing the extra shifts and have control in when you want time off?
The main difference in part time and full time cast members is full time gets guaranteed hours and part timers don’t but part timers rarely have to request time off
Do you have to turn on your shower to heat up the water?

Given that you’ve watched or listened to Muppet Vision at least a dozen times or maybe more 😉; perhaps you could explain or give context to the whole Mickey saying “forrrrwaaaarrd”. It stuck with me and my daughter as being completely incongruous, in fact we say it in odd situations in the Mickey voice as an inside joke.
Honestly I have no clue other than the fact that it's not actually Mickey saying it - it's Waldo disguised as Mickey Mouse to try and sneak out of the movie

I have a question and concern for you. You said you are technically part time, but you pick up hours to make it full time. Does Disney do this so they don’t have to pay for benefits for full time workers? I just want to make sure they aren’t taking advantage of you! Full time deserves full benefits, I know you weren’t hired that, but come on it’s Disney, they can afford it!
Nope! I do get benefits because I work full time hours which is a nice little bonus while I wait for a full time spot to open up
Because people will fight to work part time with no benefits is why companies are paying like crap and not offering benefits.
You seem like a great person and this is not a swipe at you. But a reality of capitalism that needs to be understood.
