There is no denying the voice talents the show draws. These performers are great examples of that. Yes, there is a "but" coming. But, for me this current trend in music to slow every song WAY down and turn them into whiny, angst ridden torture sessions…oh Mother of Pearl it is BORING! It is in fact the reason why I watch YT clips rather than the live broadcasts. With YT I can just stop these boring versions and move on to another choice.
I agree, I absolutely love the song California dreamin and this chick ruined it by slowing it down so much at the start. The only person on the voice that does that song any justice is Alisan Porter from the voice America ( she sings it in the battles with another girl Lacey Mandigo ) and she kills it.
