Although the first item looks like a rocket engine, I doubt it. It looks like aluminum and that material will not hold up to the heat generated during a launch. I’m a retired electrician, and I have seen similar items. It is a reflector for a large lightbulb particularly one that is larger than a thousand watts.
That reminds me of a blasting cap. We were taught not to ever pick up anything like that. Lot of road work around when I was a kid in the late 50 and 60s.
