The area locked behind quest Ripe for Trouble. 55:00 time stamp. There's the water thingy area to the left. kill monsters get like 3 exquisite chests. green dinosaur puzzle (pull stuff) for some common chests, hidden precious chest (solve puzzle), and hidden luxurious chest (U gotta get up to the top floor of that area), Im sorry it's not well explained, just explore the area good, that's all!
For those wondering where this dino is after completing the Natlan Archon quests, you can find him to the right of the Fat King Boss below the Underground teleport waypoint. On the map, he's above ground of course, but it will give you the achievement and chest.

Same here, but after progressing with the Traces of Artistry event, they appeared for me. I think you have to complete the battle challenge on the 2nd page of the event for them to appear.

on 93 the barrel isnt there for me and I've not touched it before so idk whats happening. Fixed it just teleport away and and back it will reset the area

you actually have to craft 3 obsidian rings for each tribes . After that you can enter the secret place hidden in the tribes. Elixirs are there.
