Simplest way-> Grab your phone, go on the Xbox app, press on your profile icon in the bottom right, and just click on your picture and you can select from your camera roll.

This is pretty ridiculous. Xbox Series X gamers plz disregard this video. I can't tell you how long I tried to get this video to work for me. I tried more than half a dozen times/ways to get OneDrive onto my SX. It never found it. It would give me an autocomplete option in the Microsoft store but not a an actual result to download. Not to mention I couldn't 'Save as' either. Eventually I just put a 1028 x 1028 pic on a flash drive, put the drive in my Series X, went to 'change gamerpic', then 'Upload', then select the pic from the USB option the left, resize or whatever if you have to then BLAMMO!!!!!, hit 'Upload'. They had to 'verify' the pic first, but it literally took me 2 minutes my way.....Enjoy!!
