if this story is true. then every one going to become forest ranger they really have to learn more to defend them self more. and y this two just taking off running like little kids when come to danger. they have gun. the two could of using their gun to stop the evil. but the two rather run like little kids playing. stupidity got his partner kill. if the two r smarter his partner would not be kill.
Just a note. 30 years ago in 1994 you would not have the terms blogs and certainly not social media. Most probably did not have internet at all. Also the term smartphone never existed back then nor indeed what we deem a smartphone and it would have been very unlikely teenagers would even have a mobile phone back then.
@@sv2398no, it’s not being lazy, it’s called a “story”, fiction? Where you can literally make up ANYTHING you want, and put it in a story? you’re nit picking a fake story! yes, in the late 90’s we DID have cell phones, I did, And we didn’t call them smart phones YET, We called them phones, just the same as now..picking apart a fiction story is kind of crazy, especially when you’re dealing with FAKE everything else in the story!!
Why? Do you sit and stare at the screen? These are to be listened too, not watched exactly. And I like it, tells me how long/far I am into a story, no searching for time stamps- let the rest of US LIVE!! 😂😂
Decent story...a bit inaccurate...if i wasnt an old guy (55) it might have slipped past...in 1994 the internet was not what it is today....your typical teenagers were not using it, speeds of 28.8k was the fastest you could find ( which by todays standards is inconceivably slow)They wouldnt be looking up forums on camping for sure and .Bear Gryllis was only 20 years old and would be another 15 years before he came to prominance, social media, blogs etc wouldn't appear for another decade ...maybe change the year of this occurance to 2009. Some may say im nit picking, but when listening to the story and hearing such glaring inaccuracies, it kind of ruins it. It would be like making a movie based around WW2 and having someone pull out a cell phone...which by the way were not that popular either in 1994, the plans were relatively expensive, teenagers definately didnt have them, unless you were super privileged, coverage was horrible except for major cities and no smart phones...lol...sorry

You usually cannot kill a spiritual evil with a gun! 😂😂 but I get your point..some of these stories aren’t written the best..

Ooh. Person picky. It's a flipping story. It made up. Pretend. Stop being so fussy. Just sit back and enjoy. 👍👋
And Crecent Lake being some remote place is a terrible choice, it’s huge and right on the highway!
Not being picky. The author was lazy, if it's set in the past make it authentic, or place it in the present time
@@sv2398 Another picky person. I remember my dad watching "COMBAT " on TV and picking it apart. He was a WWII vet.

@@lindabrennan4455These clips are to be listened to, not watched 😅 Do you really stare at a still image for an hour?
