@@user45886 maybe it’s because royal highs players are mostly little kids? Or just kids in general who can’t afford to keep buying toys. Since not alot of people are going to be able to buy these toys, the values are gonna be insanely high. Even if somebody wanted to trade for it, they probably wouldn’t even be able to get it because not everybody is rich. Royal high doesn’t even listen to their fan base anymore, we’ve always been asking them for updates and sets but now most of the community won’t even be able to be part of it. It’s not just a merch launch.
As as set collector and a young player, I dont have money to buy all these sets, yet i'm in love with them. I wish the developers would lsiten to us and give us actual sets!

I've been playing royale high since 2017, and I honestly have never been so disappointed before. These sets are adorable, but I've been saving my diamonds for literally nothing??? Not to say if i even did have the money to buy any of these sets the company behind the dolls suck. I'm a very avid set collector, and this just made me super upset in the developers.
And like Bea said, we've waited AGES for an update like this, but all of the items are hidden behind a paywall. I'm happy that Royale High is getting more business opportunities, but can't atleast one set be for diamonds???

I was shocked how the Community made ONLY the Valk wings 2.8M. imagine these. The toys would have been ok if the community wouldn't sell them for millions. Someone buys the toy and someone trades it for at least ,40k-50k.

Royale high was doomed to fail ever since they stopped caring about the players back when we waited like 3 years, without updates, for a new school THAT IS NOT COMPLETED AT ALL. May I remind that the school was supposed to be out LAST YEAR. Now they are doing classic pay to play. As much as wasting my time, grinding for diamonds for hours wasn’t fun, spending real money on some trash that I would never use is much worse. They clearly don’t care about their players, but only focus on the business. As a person who was pretty negative to Royale High from the start, I can say I proved myself right. Little advice for everyone who is as disappointed as me; let go, there are games that will bring you much more enjoyment without you having to spend your allowance or days for farming.
Not to mention that they are ALREADY making campus 4. 💀

This is genuinely so annoying. A good chunk of ppl who play royale high are older teens/adults and/or little kids who:
1) Won't spend their money on some cheaply made toy from a problematic company JUST to get the an in-game code and not even do anything with the doll anyway.
2) CAN''T buy the doll bc they are too young or their parents/guardians won't buy it for them.
Nobody is gonna spend a good chunk of their paychecks just to buy a little figure for something in a roblox game. This cash grab is so frustrating. To buy all of royale high's game passes is 3447 robux, that is abt $40 alone. For a roblox game with almost 10 BILLION visits, royale high's dev should already have a good chunk of cash. IDEK how much real money would be needed to buy all the dolls and get all the codes for the sets, but I'm assuming it's not going to be cheap. Sure, it would be cool to have toys, but don't make buying a toy the only way to get new set items. ESPECIALLY if those new set items are more high quality then the already diamond-purchasable ones. Don't get me wrong, those new sets are gorgeous, but not gorgeous enough to spend REAL money on.
Not to mention the people who actually obtain the new sets from the toy codes are gonna HEAVILY overprice the sets in-game.

As much as I'm for promoting new products, hiding in game items behind toys is insane.. people have been asking for new sets for a while now. I'm so glad Royal High is finding success outside of the roblox platform, but having such beautiful sets unavailable in game--especially for younger players or players who don't have money to obtain the items--really feeds into the P2W vibe and takes away some of the whimsy Royal High used to have :(

Nah even adopt me is better at this point(my opinion though) they've got a better and less controversial dev team, at least. and anything you buy in the game with real life money is robux only, even though you can buy the toys in real life, they don't actually give you anything in the game, only ugc.

The Valkyrie set Isn't supposed to have a Male Toggles cause All Valkyries are Female, However with the Other Sets I don't see why they didn't Add male Toggles. All of those Outfits would Look Amazing On Male players.

As a young player and set collector, this breaks my heart. These sets are so pretty and it is just so disappointing I can’t get them!

Why don’t they focus on the school and actually release all of it and maybe start with the fall and Christmas update so they won’t be delayed like last year. This is actually just stupid. Put out toys that people have to pay to get sets that not everyone can buy or will want to buy🥰
They have enough time on their hands to release the valentine's update a month early, and put all these toys in the game... yet somehow do not have time to release any other update on time or actually finish the new school for once? 🤨Uh, yeah, makes complete sense... Why don't they just have the sets in game for diamonds and the toys seperately? oh... because they have to make money somehow... because they know nobody would buy the toys otherwise😭yup, that's totally on them.
this just proves the devs dont care about the fans or the game itself anymore. for lack of better words theyve turned into a bunch of sellouts. even if you try to set aside the whole jazwares thing theyve probably been pushing back everything this whole time just for this because they want money no way they made 12 sets while supposedly working on the school. the new pool thing is a bunch of reused assets.... not that thats completely bad but leaves you thinking then what actual stuff besides this have they been working on. ik people try to say "they do this free you should be grateful " no this game is not free dont let people tell you this when responding to criticism this game is purposely makes your life hard so you have to spend hours of your life or money for patterns, diamonds especially now since they hate that you pick up diamonds they placed at schools themselves now because it gives them less money, diamond boosters like the ones that multiply there are 2 versions purposely to get you to buy both, now toys which partly doesn't make sense todo since most of their audience has grown up and don't like them anymore.
Can someone put this in rh's perspective like " look at those 25 items I cannot have or look at those 13 sets as a SET COLLECTOR CANNOT HAVE!"

I can’t believe there using real money instead of dims to buy a doll, like we are not even going to play with the doll. I am truly disappointed with this community, they say that is game is fun but we can’t even have fun because of the prices of a set, not getting a halo for 4-6 years (or longer).
It’s a really really big shame. I’m super disappointed because these items are so pretty and I would have loved to buy these but I know I won’t be able to because their values are probably going to be ridiculous

This is so sad to see, the toys are firstly supporting a horrible cause, second it's not shipping internationally so even if it wasn't supporting a horrible cause, people not in America like me wouldn't be able to get any of it, third this is so money hungry when it's known that we've all been wanting detailed and beautiful sets like these and now they're locked behind a paywall, this use to be my comfort game, now it's just making me sad seeing what it's become

As a Royale High player who's been on this game for many years, I find the updates that have been coming out recently have been no more than unfair, terrible and discouraging. I have no hate to the developers but their choices that they have made the past couple years have been very disappointing. I love playing their game. I love watching everything change for the better. But having to spend over $300 dollars for a BUNCH of toys just to get the set items is a bit out of reach for most people. All the toys that are available as I'm writing this is over $300 UNATED STAITES DOLLERS! THATS IS INSANE! a lot of people that play royale high can't afford these items. I wish they made a second option to either do tasks for the items or even sell them on the shop. At least make it a bit fairer for the players who can't afford / Don't want to spend the money on toys. (Sorry to rant but this is just awful)

I'm a set collector, and this is one of the most disappointing updates RH has done. Spending real money on so many sets? What are we, rich? There are people who are still studying playing this game, and people who already have jobs aren't all going to buy everything for a fashion game. We wanted to use our diamonds to get the sets, or honestly, there's no point for us to save up for so long. And what about the new school updates? Like the cafeteria? If we can't get sets, at least give us the school update that we were promised.

We're stuck with the sets we've been having for years. The new SS set and the Starlight Set are cool, but we've been wanting more sets. But know we have to pay actual money. For Me Id Preffer Sets That You can Earn from quests because for me quests make royale high a bit fun and u get to earn dims while doing quests and I also like sets that cost diamonds because what's the use of these diamonds if u get certain sets from other things like codes toys or stuff
Those sets are beautiful, but we need to pay real life money for them. We know what they are capable of but they ruin it because of this and if it’s a set that doesn’t need money then the prices are so high you won’t have the chance of getting it without farming like crazy. I think I’m going to quit. They don’t even have such good ways of farming ing for it.
As a Royale high player since 2018, I absolutely HATE that they added these super cute sets but put them behind these dumb dolls that cost REAL LIFE cash; that most of us probably cant afford, AND making us donate to Israel just to get them. I love Royale high. I really do, but we have been waiting patiently for new sets and when they finally give them its behind the pay wall of the dolls.
