But some figures which he is providing are not true.he says the gdp of kwa Zulu Nat Al is equal to that of Tanzania ,not true.gdp of tz today is 80 bn us dollars, that of kzn is 16 percent of the gdp of sa (373 us dollars),which is around 59 bn us dollors

I thought so until he made an enormous mistake comparing the economy of Western Cape to the economy of DRC. He needs to double check his facts. DRC uses US dollars so he made a mistake comparing numbers in rands and in US dollars.

What an amazing speaker - Velemseni Mthiyane. I would like to see him doing podcasts.
Coalition is what S.A. needs now,
It is a warning for ANC
We don't need a coalition,if ANC don't get outright majority let it choose to be opposition party.
You are late.
What coalition? Do you even understand the implications?
We need it
Not a problem. As the ANC we are happy to sit on the sidelines and be the opposition. Let the other parties form a coalition government so that we see how much better they will do.
I cannot for the life of me understand why those who voted ANC did. Especially EC, then they be appearing on cutting edge with sad stories🤔. We can't be voting the same people and expect change, we are almost a failed state bathong
We will never understand it's heartbreaking 😢
It's a vicious cycle in the Eastern Cape. Bad leadership and policies tend to result in most of the young people leaving the province. The elderly get left behind and continue to vote for the ANC. Resulting in more bad leadership and policies, which once again cause more young people who would vote against the ANC to leave. So, the ANC stays in power there.
Cry our beloved country. It's shocking to hear that our elders are fearful of forfeiting their social grant if the ANC goes out of power. Politics of fear at play.😢😢😢
Because ANC baloya.lol
@@thamsanqasofika3432yes the elder seem to be stupid , younger generation smart

Now I understand why China worked on being self-sufficient, the moment where political decisions always have the message "make sure the investor is not upset" is not a safe way to work in my view. China has become one of the biggest economies we can't function without because they made every business a manufacturer. We still look outside for "investors" to come in and create industries for us. So sad as an African
Well put
The Chines were willing to go through hunger and sacrifice to get where they are today. South Africans are just not willing to make the sacrifice sadly.
@@PrincessVelaryonmost businesses from china were shipped in by US when they made the policy that manufacturing will be made in China. So all that is called foreign investment they didn't do it themselves
Don't forget that China is a one party government, not a multi-democracy. One voice speaks and fortunately it makes economic sense than a couple of different mouths disagreeing on stupid thing as office furniture. I'm not too sure whether democracy as we know it will help SA develop at the speed China had, democracy is not a panacea for economic development. Methinks
China benefited from America's policy to keep Mexico weak.

Kumlimazile, he doesn’t understand what pple go through in the ground with foreigners
Absolutely, I would’ve given him my cross only if he was not stubborn with his borderless ideology…not that we hate foreigners, South Africans just want them foreigners to enter legally and be obedient to the laws of SA.
Exactly I was gonna Vote for them until they pull this open borders stuff.

This guy's was brilliant and impartial!
MK party changed the game
Thank you for to MKP, it has shown ANC that there is a party that can make them see things the other way round, they were too relaxed all these years and doing things the way they like,
Had they not banned President Zuma he would have amassed the most votes because The Man is born a leader
@@stanleygambiza9096thank you so true he’s born leader no matter what
@@stanleygambiza9096
Lol You made my day with this joke
Imagine the track record and still people are so confident , all I can do laugh
I don't think he was born a leader, to be a leader things comes to you automatically you don't force matters to be on your side. A leader does not force things bcos he/she is the chosen one he/she will get into power without talking too much. Let us not confused ourselves that so and so is born a leader. If you and me likes he/she it's okay but let us stop that he/she is born a leader.
SA has a preference for leaders with a less than honourable criminal record.
We are not special from the rest of Africa.

Very informative and clear.
A teacher character. What is needed in explaining the situation... 😊
Coalition will be another Dilemma for Mzansi..... Hope Egos and Pride won't prevail at the expense of Peace and Progress/ Change
A Grand Coalition government could be a blessing in disguise. In Kenya we had a coalition Gov't from 2008 to 2013 and it's during that period that we experienced the least corruption because the 2 parties were each other's watch dog. They kept each other in check throughout and did not "trust" one another which led to prudent use of the country's resources since dubious deals, bills, projects and even budgetary allocations were flagged by Party A and Party B had to convince Party A why such should be allowed to continue and how it would benefit the public.
Personally I would prefer a Tri party coalition.... All underdogs DA, EFF and MK then leave the ANC right out to sit and learn from others. Coz I see them sabotaging their partners if they are allowed anywhere near power. Jacob as President then Deputised by John...then Julius will be Minister of Public Enterprise..... 😎 Triple J could be the answer for Mzansi
D.A and EFF is oil and water.D.A members are land owners, EFF members are land grabbers, it will be chaotic scene. E.F.F M.K and A.N.C are cut from same cloth, they all like a high life, being driven around in Big Black German cars with bodyguards feeling very important among their impoverished voters who see them as their messiah out of poverty.
@@Bhubesireally ? Eff and DA dont even get along, how will they run this country?

Mistake was signing the NHI… and just like that the ANC lost thousands of votes
The big mistake was Ramaphosa and ANC were more close to the D.A even voting with them to remove Black professionals like Mkwebane for example while protecting white criminals and this has angered many Black South Africans hence they decided not to vote an ally to white racism.
Mistake was to mistreat Zuma if they United with Zuma they would have got 50 + it have nothing to do with NHI
NHI was a strategic plan and it worked
NHI doesnt have any effect considering how SAns are discontent about Anc, Zuma pulled the trigger
The NHI had not effect what's so ever

Interestingly enough, the mk has shut down any possibility of working with the anc. So DA is the next logical step.
This is possibly true. EFF have been singing the same song whilst they were in the ANCYL. EFF would have been the perfect transitional leadership from old to new but the old (ANC) didn't know when to hand over the baton the young lions like Mandela did. All they had to do was to do a few things at a time. You can't say the future belongs to the young people but they are an extreme minority in decision making
Now all of a sudden you like the ANC....What kind of a Domkop are you ????
Not on my God's watch!
This gent is fantastic at his analysis
This guy can help parties to decide which party to go into coalition with, he is extremely informed when it comes to.politics
Very clear and concise analysis this guy is not biased respect!!!
Props to the brother, he is very well researched and articulate at that. He is effective at his job.
The EFF should not form part of the coalitions yet to arise. There's a consequence that the country must realize first of tolerating a "subjective democracy". I'm very against this view of being guided by the so-called "market preferences" in political set-ups. We are currently a sad generation and co-existing with the beloved "stable market" not playing any role whatsoever in alleviating our economic duress. The people are not ready yet for a radical change because they allow the definition of our problem to be sugarqouted by the establishments. The spirit of the EFF will endure when what needs to be done is understood properly by our people. ALUTA CONTINUA
Nah brother, that’s easy to say if you have nothing to lose. There are a number of South Africans, especially Black South Africans, who, despite all odds stacked against them made it out of poverty and into the middle class. Therefore, there should be allowed to hold onto whatever strides they have made and that needs a somewhat stable economy that can only be achieved by a stable coalition.
I love your view
You present a giraffe view only few will understand your projection it's a blessing for Eff not to take a lead their project is long term rather than short advocating for pan-Africanism will need extreme patience but the blinds will see in time watch the space

I don’t sympathize with the ANC they are the very same people who groomed and nurtured the monster now the monster 👺 is eating them up they protected Zuma in parliament go zuma go,viva Msholozi viva
True. To assuage the Zulu constituency ANC noblese obliged Zuma with the seat at Union building and were duly rewarded with nine years of regression for which they have been duly punished. Ramaphosa would now really wish to take back the pardon offered to his erstwhile comrade turned monster.

Very informative session… interesting times
Interesting indeed I'd say
The ANC must retrace its steps to December 2007 onwards to find out why they find themselves in such a malaise. Only then will they find the lessons they need to learn from. Otherwise, come Monday, South Africa is going to be a very interesting place.
They know they do not care. They are too busy lining their & their cronies pockets to run the country properly.
