I don't know about other animes that much... actually I started watching anime from Naruto and it feels like I am also a part of this anime because the wide verities of charecter with their own perspective and depth is the best part....you can relate every detail of that anime ..I personally most liked the part that one can't never distinguish between heroes and villians they all have their own past,reasons to do things so that you can't never blame a particular person in the whole series that every thing happens due to that particular person because everyone knowingly or unknowingly contribute to the dark part....
I have watched 100+ animes but still Naruto is top on my list...
