I love it. Awesome drill but please don't even mention "squash the bug." In hitting, 3 things are Important: legs, hips and forearms. Something that I noticed with the closed-up of the lower half is that the front leg kind of land a bit bent, which is good, but it has to be more straight when the swing is executed. This helps the hitter to stay back and hit the ball with more power. A good way of checking if the batter is staying back is to ask them to freeze after completing the swing. If their nose is front of the front knee, they are not staying back and need to work on that.
Why are her hands moving forward during her stride? She should stride away or walk away from her hands to create more separation and don't release until her front foot heal plants.
her swing is BEAUTIFUL

That is the only way the ball will go over the fence
Good job

That sounds like the definition of slap bunting?
Great drill!
her bat drag is a much bigger issue than her load and weight shift
So this girl apparently has bat drag, drifting hands, squishes the bug... and still managed to hit .353 with 5 homers in 2016. Amazing.
