Also an American, but I typically think of pies as being cloyingly sweet compared to cakes. A cake can just be bready, but unless it's a savory pie, they tend to be overly sweet for my tastes.
Lol Seb Buemi.... asking the team if Mike Conway can slow down so they can protect the team's position. Buemi would lose his mind if he was asked to slow by the team when fighting for the lead haha
Ant needs to watch the aussie v8s at bathurst doing brake and rotors in the fast lane in the same time it take to fill the car. I love the dry connection brake systems
If the space on pit lane is the limiting factor for more cars, what's wrong with building a second pit lane, say, for GT3 only? Other circuits have more than one pit lane (Spa, Sebring), though they are not used in the same race, as far as I know. But what would be wrong with using more than one pit lane, as long as all cars in the same class use the same pit lane? I don't like the idea of seeing the field even more crowded, but from the teams' point of view, if space is keeping good teams from competing, it seems a simple solution. I agree this race should focus on the pro-am classes. (I don't like "gentleman drivers," not in a time when we're focusing so much on attracting women to the sport.) I love watching Paul Dalla Lana and Ben Keating! Pro-Ams should have the biggest fields (LMP2 & GT3), but having the top class for the manufacturers to show off what they can do is also an important part of the race for me. (I can't wait to see how LMDH slots in with LMH - I can't tell you how badly I'd love to see a Cadillac win Le Mans!) If it requires more pit space to accommodate these classes, then I say build it and make it happen! 😀
The Cake debate was the Highlight of the race.
You can tell Haven had a serious case of the late night munchies hahaha

So thankful this video resolves probably the most important philosophical question of our time...the answer for cake is never not going to be yes.
Thanks for the great coverage and commentating. Awesome insights and stories! Looking forward to this year’s LaMans.
You all are brilliant! “Mad dogs and Englishmen “, “Am I evil?”, “Brave Sir Robin”, “”and… CAKE! (Is cake different in the UK from America?)

@n8pls543 i know I'm late, but true. but I'll take an average apple cobbler over cake, unless its a red velvet cake then were talking cake😂😂

Cake for Breakfast is the best Breakfast?
Come now, gentleman, what about a more proper breakfast, a doughnut?
In the northeastern states doughnuts are sometimes referred to as fried cakes. And don't forget coffee cake.
