This is the method advocated in Robert Jarrett's small book, "It Works!"
David J. Schwartz also recommended writing down goals, plans and intentions in his book, "The Magic of Thinking Big".
He said that when you record your ambitions in this way, you are writing not only on paper, but writing on your mind.
Notre Dame football coach Lou Holtz did this in 1966 with an ambitious list of 107 goals. By the time of his passing, he had achieved 92 of them.

@@TerranDaileythis probably is the modern version of the very original “It works” from 1926 by RHJ. Know what you want and put your focus on them. He used writing as a mode of focusing and commanding the subconscious or the power within. 🎉
