Im not a Rooney fan ,but argyle played like Rooney did with sheer guts and determination, the doubters will lose their money at the bookies if argyle play like that week in and week out ,prepare yourselves for the premiership. Eleven men cannot beat nine men , come on that result speaks volumes. Lets hope the players draw confidence from that result
How'd it go for him at Birmingham? "prepare yourselves for the premiership"? Plymouth will be lucky to stay up with Rooney, amazing player but an awful manager.
Pooh old Wayne can’t seem to catch a break as a manager can he, I find it incredible that clubs have hired him on the back of a terrible managerial record, do they think his name alone is enough to warrant developing a championship winning team. Two red cards is hardly his fault, but without knowing the result before watching this I was sure it was gonna be a QPR rout, so well done Argyle for holding out for the draw.
The impression I have is that Plymouth made their luck today. QPR would be winning handily if they were easy quitters and the keeper doesnt show up but the point is hard earned.
It's not his fault if his players are reckless. Getting a draw with 2 men down is not easy. But, i wouldn't go as far as to say that he is woeful manager. He's been unlucky. He reminds me of David Moyes.
@@simonkramaric7641 have you been following his journey as a coach? First, he managed Derby County and his style of play there was admirable given the circumstances they were in (more than 15 points deducted if im not mistaken). His team gave up in the last 3 months of the season. Then, he got hired by Birmingham that was flirting with the relegation zone for far too long. Their luck ran out last season and Rooney and Mowbray were blamed for it. In my opinion, Erik Ten hag is woeful and a fraud given the cards he was dealt with, he got all his transfers. Now,
He has the players giving 100% currently, that's for sure. And tactically it looks OK too. Not much he can do about the quality of players, with little money to spend. I think Argyle will be OK this season.
A good draw for Plymouth Argyle specially and Wayne Rooney boss' side can have a good season if at least a few of the players would be disciplined by him and please do not put pressure on him when he is trying to implement his team's tactics, good friends!!!👍🏾
Plymouth fought well (a little too much, given the two red cards) but offer very little going forward. Can they rely on wonder strikes every week to get their goals? Still firm favourites for relegation unless they get a manager who knows what he’s doing.
Nah, that was a red card. You need to watch the replays from the right angle. You can't go studs into someone's leg like that. Could've literally broken his leg.
Well done to our Argyle players and coaching staff, you got a result today, in the face of a very biased referee. I normally give the refs the benefit of the doubt, but this guy was plainly biased against us, some shocking decisions. But we held on. Stoke lost today, so we can do them next Saturday and move nicely up the table. COYG.
Teams that knowingly bring on Rooney as a coach are only doing it for marketing purposes. Absolutely no record of success but still they take a chance..
Wayne and his team will carry the mark of Merseyside, Everton points off Man City scot free Liverpool denied goals and so points by Referee's and the review teams. The two red cards were over the top and just one team played to that set of rules sad but true bias is alive and well.
I kicked my feces addiction by heading to grab a pie from Home Park each time I had an urge start to flare up. This was back in 72 and my were those heady days. I'm glad I'm clean, and thank you everyone for the support!
Lots of ignos dead jealous of Wayne Rooney here..Grow up and give the guy some time to get it right hes a lot better than any of you lot thats Forshawe. See what i did there? 😂
He was a great striker, but he was never a good captain and he's an awful manager.. the Derby experience proves that it was Rosenior behind that success.. He won't see Christmas.. Give it up Wayne.. you were an ok pundit.
Poor commentating around the Fordham red - “he’s gotta be winning ball there” which is precisely what he did, but also followed through with his right foot into the back of of the defender’s legs, which got no mention. I guess that’s why he is commentating the Championship. Little, but key moments where the accuracy of the commentating is completely lacking. Forshaw should have got a roasting from his manager as he cost his team for lack of self-control - if he hadn’t got a red on that occasion it was coming very soon anyway.

If they played like how they did for the first 28 mins they should prepare for league 1.Absolutely woeful
sending offs just gave him an excuse. Dude has never succeeded as a manager.
Dude if you think Argyle is one of the best 6 teams in the Championship, I want whatever you’re smoking.
Jesus. Give the guy a break. I bet none of you can name a manager who's just started that won everything....

They do it for the money. Double the views of Swansea vs Cardiff and just look at the thumbnail "Reds for Rooney"
They are now Rooney Argyle FC
Plymouth goalie had a blinder😅
Great to see karamako dembele

Dembele that kid is special
Why so harsh on Rooney, the mans a legend, and that was a good result considering the circumstances. What he did for the premier league and England 👏
He is an awful MANAGER 😂
As a player. His playing career doesn't justify his terrible managerial career though

5:15 disgraceful refereeing standards if you give that as a foul
Great game.
they give that keeper hazard a massive gift the whole squad
The only person that can save Wayne Rooney is Whittaker.
Can he score 10 goals this season?
Every Plymouth game this season will have Rooney's name on it.

Why do footballers wear shin pads if they dont do anything because when a player gets kicked there they go down like a toddler having a strop?
Dembele i got my eyes on you man
Can't wait for Farley to upload a video featuring "Rooney" reacting to this match.
The goalkeeper is the most important player so I put my best player eden hazard there

WELL DONE THE PILGRIMS....LETS SEE YOU CLIMB THE LADDER
again ,the ref is a hand shuffler ,no way was the second red tackle intended ,at most a possible yellow
I thought it was harsh until that last replay. Definite red
Doesnt have to have intent..clear red
