Hey Aaron, awesome work with this. Def the best comparison vid out there. Have you had a chance to try it out as a mic pre in more low stake situations (say, on a 57 on a cab or snare top of bottom)? Thinking of picking one or two up as auxiliary pres so I can save my nicer pres and comps for more critical application like vocals and AG.
That’s a great idea actually - I think it would sound dope on kick or snare. Haven’t tried it personally but I’m confident it would sound great and also be a big step up from a standard pre in an interface
