How to make a rotary DEVICE for a milling machine

It tells in detail and shows how to make a separating turning device for a milling machine with a lathe chuck with a diameter of 100 millimeters.
On the turning part there are 120 divisions, which allows division into 2, 3,4,5,6, 8, 10,12, 15, 20, 30,40,60,120 parts.
A comparison with another dividing device with a fixed number of divisions is shown - 3, 4, 5, 6 parts. The main disadvantage of it is high height, which limits its use on a small milling machine JMD-1. Especially when drilling with a drill chuck. Not enough vertical feed (stroke) height.
The manufactured dividing device is lower, more rigid and allows division into a larger number of parts.
In the manufacturing process, it turned out that lathe chucks per 100 millimeters of Chinese Soviet production (1976) were completely interchangeable - both in the bore diameter and in the threaded mounting holes.
The separating device consists of two main parts: the base and the turning part, on which the lathe chuck is mounted with a diameter of 100 millimeters. Both parts are turned from sheet steel 12 millimeters thick.
On the turning part there are 120 notes and the figures 30, 60, 90, 120, 150, etc. are engraved. The divisions are applied on a MN-80 lathe (MN-80) using a standard dividing disk and a drill.
