Somewhere in 2011 perhaps bs4 started coming. Not sure though. I have a manual which is for bs4 will have to check for which year it's first print was made so close to that sales would have begun.

Sir I am getting 1993 410 with CNG fitted..can I take that ...is that spare r still available in market.
Cng and petrol have different ignition timing position. Cars like the wagon r duo that have ecu to control the two fuel controller can do it. Carburetor vehicle will run good on either fuel tuned according with ignition. So think if you want to run on cng Or petrol then only buy. My advice will be to stick to petrol for which manufacturer designed it. Rest is your choice. Hope it helps.

1.75 is too much for 410. But it depends on condition and city you live in. For off roading 410 is best among all gypsy. Later gypsy are better in rallying.

For crawling in off road it's better than 413. It lacks speed with 413 offers. But off road capabilities are no less.

Sir , if i swap 1.3 disel engine .... Will 4x4 work and what impact on offroading?
Gypsy is having two gearbox es one main and other transfer case for 4wd. The engine is attached to the main primary gearbox on which 1.3 diesel won't fit directly. Other ways to try fitting it is to make a bell crank housing adapter plate which won't be easily doable so I won't suggest that.

I get that. You will need a Gypsy. You can also consider a pajero glx or sfx too if pocket allows. Purchase price would be quite similar however maintenance for pajero would be expensive. Parts for Gypsy are easily available. However don't go for lpg cng conversion run on petrol only. Average would be around 10kmpl. All Gypsy are good choice easily maintainable.

Along with the birth of mg413w (king carb) guess somewhere near 1996 but seniors can confirm dates as I was only 6 years old that time.

Battery you can put 55amp of honda crv / city . Bigger alternator not required.

Hydraulic steering & ac don't have electrical load requirements which your existing factory fit 480 watt battery & 540 watt alternator generator 1.02 Kw together can't fulfill. Bigger is better if you need electrical loads like a winch.

Basically for Baleno swap compatibility is there but needs a workshop environment to execute not a diy level job.
2. Baleno's got a flatter torque curve so eventually it's better than the 1.3 in many aspects.
If you own a 410 then that is in it self amazing with it's 4 speed gbox. I'd suggest you add wheel arches and wheel spacers to convert into 410W

Please suggest Best engine oil for MG410 also please suggest the best oil for differential....
Stick to mineral oil and change it every 5 to 7 k kms would suggest 10w30 for cold weather and 20w50 for hot weather. Use mgp oil filter don't use sofima or elofic or any other. Don't waste money on synthetic oils as gypsy engine is not suitable for those. For gear steering transfer case and differentials use 90 no gear oil.

2005 is the year in which bs2 ended and bs3 began so in 2005 both bs2&3 we're there. You can confirm that from ecu sticker on which bs2/3 is written. Regardless of it all gypsy are worth having. 🙏

Hi albert the initial models 410 had 4 gears and Carburetor based fuel delivery these models are best for off road and rock crawling on low speeds.
however the latest models like the fuel injected 413 also called gypsy king is best for rallying because it offers high speeds and a 5th gear.
For only off road any gypsy is more capable than any other vehicle.

Sir, emissions restrictor like catalytic converter is necessary for performance. without it car will make much exhaust sounds but will not perform.

You'll have to swap a lot of components. But you still won't be able to upgrade the same on registration card papers as they still will be of the year in which it was manufactured and not how you have altered so not worth doing at all. You should rather use that money on maintenance and fuel.

@@shehbaazsinghgill3729 1300 cc even with carburettor has 5 gears. Check if it's just having mg413w sticker but is actually 410w with F10A engine. Open bonnet and near silencer manifold towards gearbox if 970 is written on engine block it's not a 413. Hope this information helps solve confusion.

Hi asim bhai 🙏 only benefit in king carburetor is with wide axles, 5 speed gearbox and slightly powerful engine than 410. but remember that 410 isn't any less when it comes to crawling capabilities. ap kar sakte ho upgrade par mera sujhaw rahega ki ap apni 410 ko hi king me convert kar lijiye - king ki grille, bonnet, fender arches set of 4, wheel spacers axles wide karne ke liye. aur jo aacha lage wo lagwa lijiye. gypsy plot ki tarah hoti hai.. uspe makaan apne hisab se customize kar lijiye. performance me agar ap rallies khelna chahte hai to fir king carburetor nahi bs4 gypsy dhundhiye ekdum last - last ke models

mai suggest nahi karunga ki aap engine swap karo ya cc badhao. F10A engine me 5 speed mate bhi nahi karega. Ap is gadi to mechanically original rakhiye. agar aur funds ho to performance ke liye bohot samaan lagana padega (engine, ecu, wiring, transmission, transfer case, propeller shafts agle-pichle aur dono front rear axles.) isiliye mai suggest nahi karunga. Ha ap ki gadi me ap bosch / kbx ka power brake booster laga sakte ho. agar nahi hai to.

sir depends on your decision finally. 🙏 check for RC validity, insurance etc for it. 40k to 2lacs is ok for 410 but entirely on condition

Ji bhai lag sakta hai. But mpfi gypsy is having REED switch in meter which gives VSS data to ECU. If meter is swapped then check light will come and performance will be limited. You need to give VSS data to ecu if it's swapped with other.

Don't buy gypsy if mileage is concern. Buy 2 vehicle one gypsy and one another which is giving good economy. As far as engine is concerned both Suzuki engine are good.
