Maruti authorized service centre cheated most of the time by charging for parts that they actually didn't change, stealing parts, oil etc common, as I have experienced last 20 years through 4 cars.
This time switching to Hyundai , let's see

I have owned Hyundai for 7 years, they are also not less, they rip in almost all sevices, actually if you are looking for a reliable, service friendly car you should think of Ford or Toyota ( their service charge are very much reasonable, especially Ford, not like before, very transparent, they have an app, you will et exact estimate of the service ) I will completely agree that maruti just rob the people during services, I have stopped giving to authorized service centers

23 milage is not much reliable, I have diesel VDI version (2017), most of the time I get average of 25, of course only highway ride I have achieved 28 also, petrol average is 20.

Ek baat share karta hu RANA motors Delhi se li thi, Car bechne se pehle meine June 26 2020 ko Service karai thi 70,000 wali aur mera Bill inn logo ne 20,000/- ka banaya tha mere paas aj bhi rakha hai ur mein jaha jata hu logo ko dikhata hu. Jo bhi dekhta hai wo yahi bolta hai ki bhai kya Audi ki service krai tumne ?????? kyuni iss service ka expense not more than 6500 hona chachieye tha. Ye Maruti ke dealers sab paisa khate hi bina matlab ka. yahi nahi mere kuch friends hai jinke pas mein honda , Tata cars hai wo bhi ab apne samne private service karate hai.
