This was a great interview. Love Ben, never heard of this show before, but it popped on my timeline, and I checked it out. I thought the interview was super fun and entertaining. You guys had a way of not knowing Ben but still giving him the respect he’s earned and learning about him while still making it interesting for people like me that have followed his incredible journey for years! Seagal is literally too large physically for Ben, additionally Aikido isn't that good for MMA (it's basically like a standup Jiu Jitsu) and you can break peoples wrists and arms with it. It isn't fake exactly how some MMA fans want to pretend, Seagal accidentally broke Sean Connery's wrist when working with him for the 007 movie. And because Seagal is about 6'4'' tall and in his young age when he was fit he would have walked around at about 220bs. There is no way that tiny Ben would have a chance just on size alone.
