Long story short: it was a webcomic that went over 8,000 pages, from 2009 to 2016. It had occasional flash animations accompanied by music, such as the song I used in this RH remix.
The Unofficial Homestuck Collection provides the optimal reading experience now that the original site has more or less decayed, but be warned that Homestuck isn't something you can come back from.
