- In this video Big Tractor Power spends time in the field with a fleet of CASE IH farm machines on tracks. Three 500 hp 350 bu. CASE IH 9230 Axial-Flow combines are harvesting wheat with a 470 RowTrac tractor and KINZE 1040 grain cart and 620 hp CASE IH 620 QUADTRAC running a KINZE 1100 grain cart. Watch for a CASE IH 470 RowTrac tractor seeding double crop soybeans behind the combines with a KINZE 3660 planter.

We run 5 JD S680’s, 2 S670’s all tuned up running MacDon 40’ FlexDrapers currently in wheat.
Grain buggies are a mix of Unverferth Extreme’s pulled by 9570RX JD’s.

They are harvesting wheat right now with one Claas Lexion TT from the 700 series and 5 lexions from the 600 series with 4 Claas headers and two McDons for transport a Claas Axion tractor with fliegl grain cart(single axel),one JD from the 8030 series with bergmann grain cart(triple axel),one JD from the 8020 series with Hawe grain cart(triple axel),one CaseIH Magnum(older model) with Hawe grain cart(double axel) and one NH T7 with a Gustrower grain cart(double axel) and trucks from DAF,MAN, Scania,Mercedes, Renault
These combines are famous, and very good combines, but I guess I'm just used to claas specs, i was left thinking wait, that's it? When you said the grain capacity, horse power, and head width, lol

Great video. Thanks. My great uncle had a red combine back in the early eighties. It is one of my dreams to one day be part of a harvest of either wheat, corn or soybeans using Case IH tractors. Impressive work by those folks.

@@bigtractorpower I don’t know. All I can say for certain is that it was an International around 1980 and before IH became Case IH. Red with white cab and wheels.

Thank you for watching. I watch TH-cam farming at breakfast too. These combines on a good running day will harvest around 130 acres per day. The 3 together will take in just under 400 acres. A farm in WKY planting double crop soybeans will want to cut around 1,200 -1,500 acres of wheat per machine.

so different to when aged 16 1975 working on a farm 7am 11pm plowing for $50 aweek & 1/2 was taken for rent lasted 3 months did droving also horse back 2,500 head sheep 100miles aprox
talk a bout pay abuse had to wait nearly 1 hour for a bath to fill up 1/2 way not many lasted there went to city found a good job 25yrs l8tr ✌straya 🦘cheers

I would love to see some pull-behind Axialflow field action. I have not found any 1862 videos and the few 1482 videos aren't very good.
I would like to film pull type combines. The only one featured in action here on BTP is a John Deere 7721 harvesting corn. I filmed an IH display with a 1482 hooked to a 4166 that is on the channel. Hopefully the chance to film pull type combines will turn up.
If it’s not blue or red keep it on the shed.
I like to see an aerial view of an 1100 bushel cart filling a semi.

Wow those case ih 470s can really boogie across the field im playing Farming simulator 17 im using a Case ih 9230 combine with with duals on the front a case ih 620 with a Bromar engineering auger wagon Mt 150 mother bin 185,000 liters im getting the big bud dlc pack unfortunately the bromar auger bin needs a pro and the Case ih 620 is ideal for it I like the game i can not afford large Farm machinery my uncle is getting his wheat harvest done tomorrow by a friend named Jeff with a john deere cimbine with a 34 ft head in Norwood Ontario Canada 🇨🇦 unfortunately im going to be at work so I won't get to see it harvest my uncles wheat field

Row tracks mean less ground pressure, tracked grain cart the same. They make dual tire row tractors, why no dual track row track tractors. It seems it would be less ground pressure than tires, so why not?

Nice, but honestly those row crop tracks are so stupid, do you honestly think your going to row crop a steiger? Just use an old 2+2
Stop buying row crop tracks that heat up faster, are harder to get around with, and put a lot more stress on the axles
We have a large potato farm near us, they have a bunch of really nice new 8rt john deeres, but there on row really with really wide spacing, well makes sense, right? There potato farmers, maybe they use them for mounding? No, they never drive those things on planted ground, never, there's no point for them to be the way they are set up, other than to give me something to pull on with my 9205 terra gator when they get stuck because they have V belts for tracks

If it ain't red you leave it in the shed in my Case we won't run a green anything red yellow blue orange but around here we prefer to stay in business green cost to much to own repair or even look at but that is my opinion
