    This is one more super educational video. I tried it in the house for 10 reps. The first three I stepped out and landed with my heal. I saw a noticeable improvement when I stepped and landed on my toe. I think this will is gonna be a game changer. Much thanks !!!

    Awsome I’ve been trying your system it’s class feels so out of control but I’ve been flushing the ball consistently since doing it 👌

    Dr Kwon phase 2, you guys have been teaching the same method which is great it’s about time we had golfing oracles like you agreeing with Doctors. The rotation comes from the elevation right?

    Great instruction as always. I’ve tried to use the step drill to start the downswing, and I do struggle. Would this be a result of poor lateral movement.

    Great video and drills,personally i use a slight rotation of my core, milliseconds early, to trigger and put in motion the forces you describe.

    Marcus, love the concept and videos. I have a question for you, that I hope you see. Or anyone else that knows. Sometimes when I swing I feel my arms getting jerked and a feeling of the club getting pulled out my hands in a practice swing. I've always tried to make it feel smooth. To day at the range I swung with that feeling but hit balls with it... my 7 iron went from a usual 135, 140 to 160 , 165 carry. I couldn't believe it . I only had 3 balls left . Tried it with the driver. That increased too. Hit them out the range. It's not a big range 230 or so. Any way the question is . Is that feeling what is called throwing the club? Shots were pretty good direction wise . The timing of doing it needs to be pretty spot on. Is that to hard to replicate all the time. Or is that one of the keys that just has to be mastered. From a buzzing viewer thanks to a lot of your videos.

    Hi Marcus, what do think of the DrKwon shift-turn (shurn) rhythm drill? Only thing is he talks about arms turning with body and your videos seem to indicate keeping arms loose. I have great trouble keeping my arms from getting to active in the swing.

    • @grahamjones7371
      @grahamjones7371 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Personally although ive done the Dr K shurn drill the way he describes,it works better for me if i use the core fractionally early to get the response in the feet and arms.As you know.you dont want Early Active arms but you dont want Dead arms either! They want to catch the DB and then throw it away Its all about the sequencing.milliseconds! If you are really struggling with sequencing and over active arms try focussing on your arms working on the grip to break the upper middle of shaft rather than throwing clubhead at ball.

    Mind blowing! The sliders showed how inefficient my swing is.

    Hi Marcus I’ve been trying the drills but I’m hitting a few fat. What am I doing wrong?

    But Marcus where's the bit on how to I shallow it out and get it in the slot? How do I get on the ✈?

  • @Robert-ts2ef
    @Robert-ts2ef ปีที่แล้ว

    So do you not use your arms with any force but rather let them swing by way of rotating the body?
