Welcome to my country Cote d'Ivoire and in particular Abidjan which is the largest and financial and commercial city of the country. Yamoussokro is the administrative and political capital city of Cote d'Ivoire. The country has embarked in the big economical and infrastructural development projects. Speaking of the "civil wars" ( from 2002 up to 2011 ), it was engendered by French colonial with its local vassals to topple the nationalistic government of Laurent Gbagbo. Anyway, next time you come to Cote d'Ivoire, I would like you to visit the beautiful city of Man, the 6th largest city of the country. Man is located in the western part of the country about 540 kilometers west of Abidjan. Man has a lot of beautiful natural sceneries: rocking mountains, big natural waterfalls, bridges made out of lianas , sacred forests with amazing monkeys, the different traditional dances of the regions of Man, and the best coffee beans of the world are said to be originated from the region of Man. This is why this coffee has been labelled " the Coffee of the Mountains of Man" or the "Tonpki Coffee".
Thanks for the suggestion! I've just been to Abidjan, Yamoussokro, and Grand-Bassam. I would love to explore the rest of the country. So now Man is on my list!

@@leonceesteban6417 Sim, concordo com você. Estou tentando fazer videos que misturam turismo e geopolítica e esse ficou mais turístico. Mas falei um pouco da guerra civil e a importância da Costa do Marfim no Oeste da África e produção de cacau. Mas obrigado pelo feedback. Vou tentar ajustar para os videos futuros! Eu estive na Costa do Marfim no passado, saí bastante em abidjãe e fui para Yamoussokro, mas naquela eu não gravava. Quem sabe no futuro eu volto com uma viagem mais autêntica!!
