For context as to why Harry reacted so violently with the electric shock collar, Harry has a major phobia of electric shocks. The whole point of silent library was not to talk and to do challenges as quietly as possible. So when you have a challenge that was naturally noisy like the sumo fight the objective was not to laugh or talk too loud. It has nothing to do with the activity. It's all about making sure your teammates stay as quiet as possibly while each task is completed
