Let's be honest, even in the anime, they're already at a stage where they're mutually and exclusively "dating" but without the label from the confession. Also, with Hayacchi's personality, she won't be the one to confess despite the teasing and despite the fact she's the one who's really fallen hard, heck, the amount of times she's been turned on by Senpai Naoto's action or the fact she was so "thirsty" for him says a lot. Rather, she's still in her "build your own boyfriend" stage where she still helps, encourages, and builds him up. Remember, despite her cute appearance, Nagatoro is somewhat a badass and a force to be reckoned with, she's a judo black-belt for God's sake... She can handle her own and she's not swayed by physical appearance or strength... her biggest turn on is when Senpai goes out of his way and shows courage and bravery to stand up for himself or her despite the fact she knows he's not comfortable with it. And besides, Senpai already told Nagatoro he has something to confess to her when he achieves his goal and their bet, I'm sure with that, Nagatoro already has an idea.
The best anime I've ever watched. When I watched this episode I couldn't stop and I watched both seasons in two days, it is a true masterpiece. I can't wait for season 3.
I've heard 3 different dubs for this song, and I think this is my favorite. Also, all three had different lyrics, so now I need to find a subtitled version cause I really want to know what the most direct translation is. At least one I'm pretty sure too many liberties because it was far more lovey dovey then it should have been. :D
