It's it a federal offense to open another's person's mail. Even if they sent it to her sister's address, once it has CR's name on it, she can be charged for opening someone else's mail or parcels. Maybe these people need to look into that. If I am incorrect, then I apologize, but I know here in the Caribbean. Whether or not the address is yours but your name is not on the item or parcel, and you open that person's mail or parcels, you can be fined, charged, or even arrested.

I was thinking that too. When I saw some of the gifts, Chastity received. Some of the things appeared to be for an older child.
