Josie, Your event went soo well!!! I love all the knowledge that everyone got to take back home with them!!! Ok don’t laugh but you can totally use some of that medical wrap to wrap at the bottom of a hand bouquet ;). It’s perfect to keep all the floral stems together and if you wrap that with ribbon, the ribbon will stay on it so well. Gotta love creative minds lol. We have used it all at the wedding venue ;).

OMG Josie we are having a super processed tea! cooked in the wonder Oven from Our Place which arrived today! We have actually got all the food in the oven for two people which we would never manage to do in our ordinary air fryer and it taste delicious. It’s so nice to be naughty sometimes!😂

use should try a Loopy Case for your phone, it’s the best… you never drop it and can carry groceries inside and your water bottle, purse etc…. it’s very safe
Food processors have a blade that slice like a mandolin but much safer. They also have blades for shredding things like cheese or carrots. Would highly recommend!
Agree about those mandolin shields being useless. Use a fork for the end bit and use it to slide the vege over the slicer. I’ve taken the tip of my finger off a couple of times and it’s painful plus a very bloody mess. 🤦♀️

I am a movement queen too, as a long time yoga teacher, I agree that as time goes by, it becomes more and more important to do strength training as well balance and flexibility.
On the mandolin front, I sliced my finger making beet chips LOL. Beet chips are delicious! They become salty and sweet. yum
