How to eat SURSTRÖMMING | Helping grandma and eating surströmming
A really good day helping my grandmother wash her windows, then eating lunch together. And for dinner the family had surströmming, a really smelly fish that is greatly liked in the north of sweden.
There is a shortage of surströmming the last year and this year, but i think that they gor a lot of fish when fishing this year! The surstömming is fermented for a year before you eat it, so how much fish there is depends on the previous year.
I have seen a lot of people trying surströmming on the intenet! But all that i have seen have eaten it wrong, they put the whole fish in their mouth... But in this video i show you the correct way of eating surstömming.
