I've been a huge fan of your thrifting page and honestly never gave this channel a chance. WOW, was I very, very wrong! I have been missing out big time! In the last few days I've binged well over a dozen videos and I'm delightfully impressed with every single one, and every item you upcycle. A video begins and I think, "Oh, I watched you pick that up!" I knew you sold products like paints and IOD but I had no idea how much I would enjoy watching you work with them. Now I see items in a whole new light. I cannot say enough about the absolute beauty of your home, your designs and ideas, and your style. Julie, you are the Queen of upcycling. With great admiration, Karen in Missouri. 💌
So this is my first time with your videos and, I definitely will keep watching them. Thank you so very much!!! I so love how you make up your shelves, what great ideas
Julie...the bells are the favorite thing I think I've ever seen you do..especially since the ringer really worked! Keep showing us your awesomely cute ideas!!
Oh Julie you just have the most brilliant mind at making something out of all kinds of things and I could watch you and Sherry from Canterbury Cottage do videos all day long! I always hate to see you guys' videos end and you both are just the sweetest! I love the bells but I can never pick a favorite from either of you two's videos. Happy Fall!
I definitely appreciate these types of videos that you put up. A short haul, a creative solution and instant design. I'm getting a little weary of long haul videos and longer design or decorative results. Keep up the good work, you have great taste!
yes, 8-12 minute videos have been doing well. people just don't have a lot of time to watch. I try to keep it quick, to the point and entertaining. you would never know this 12 minute video took 2 days, LOL
The bells are gorgeous Julie, I really love them. I love everything else you did also but the bells are my favourite. The,painting looks adorable with the ghosts. I keep forgetting to look for some, paintings at the thrift stores, I’ll have to have a look. Next time I go in. TFS Julie.
Brava to you for thrifting! I used to shop at Goodwill, too, until a couple of years ago when I discovered the Big Cheeses at GW make somewhere between $200 thousand and 1 million dollars per year (depending on what internet search you do). I also found out that employees with disabilities are often paid less than minimum wage (as low as 22 cents per hour), whistleblowers have been fired, and safety issues have led to tragedy. Now my fave thrift store is The Humane Society Thrift Store, also the fave of all our town which voted it the Best Thrift Store - even against GW! We also have thrift stores for hospice, Teen Challenge, and other local charities. I try to be even more ethical about where my little money goes.
I loved the bells. Just brilliant. I also loved showing your daughters and your kitty. Your house is just so beautifully decorated. I could watch your videos forever......and I do whenever you put them out. However, even though I am subscribed to be notified for all, I never get your notifications. Any suggestions. I dont want to miss your IOD Christmas release. They sell out so fast!
Are you on facebook? you can join my broadcast channel and get DMs from me or sign up for my newsletter. I will link both below. Yeah, it is pretty sad that you do all the work and get subscribers but then they don't actually show it to your subscribers, I am excited if I can get 40k views on my videos and I have 111K subs
We need some longer videos from you like you used to do! We need to see more of you creating and less shopping! Been watching you for years now and miss your beautiful wood project! I know your life must be very busy with your business and family! But your viewers need more of your beautiful creation! I actually did a lot of your projects back when you lived in LA. You are so talented! Just the opinion of this 66 year old viewer ! Still never miss you ,you’re a joy to watch!
Love your videos, but.....I have to advise you to cut back on the prepackaged snacks for your children. Wouldn't a piece of fruit be much more healthful? They won't like it at first, but you are setting habits they will carry thru their life. When they are older, they will suffer from diseases like high blood pressure, diabetes, and kidney disease. Think of it this way, everything that is packaged to last on the shelf has added preservatives and sodium. I found out too late, and now I am compelled to tell everyone to just stop and think about it. .
Thank you for watching todays video! You can find all the paint, products and home decor on my website www.juliesdesignsandsigns.com/
You do have an art degree don’t you? 😂
💚
You brass letter holder is actually a holder for 45 rpm revords back in the 50s-60s.
I kept thinking where is she going wirh the wood snd glass pieces...then you added the clapper and the cutest bell ever appeared!
Love how you saved that painting. I stand by my belief you could put a ribbon on a garbage bag and make it look elegant, you are my decor hero!
💚

sorry, my content had changed, it might not be for you anymore. people want quick 8-10 minute videos, shopping and styling.
@@JuliesDesignsandSigns oh that’s ashame ,your wood working projects were amazing!
Love your videos but you put way too much advertising in them😮
Sorry about that, it is how I get paid for my time and the only way I can continue to make these videos free for you to watch. Hope you enjoyed it!
Dusting all that decor must be extremely time consuming.😅
no, it's not really an issue
Well if dusting is so time consuming..Julie's doing a great job of it...her home looks, Spotlessly clean❤😊
Sorry but it was not for me . I like shopping for what I need . hate that they pick iteyout. It was hard to canceled. My expr. Not worth the price.
Please stop using the 3 frames when showing your projects. It's very distracting. Thanks
🤷♀️ I like it and I do show several pictures
That's just rude.
