I"ve never used drop cloth, so inexpensive, can't wait to try it. And just as you said where you got the squeeze bottles I was wondering where you got them.
Looks like another fun project to add to my list! I have the drop cloths I bought for our house project and bought too many and haven't returned them. They are nice to have tho! I'm wondering if you have any ideas of something to attach to the back to make them a little heavier???
To stop the fraying, if you don't want to use a sewing machine, buy some fray check in the sewing department of stores like Joanne's or Walmart. You just squeeze a small amount onto the edge of the fabric, close to the fringe, and this will maintain your edges. If you have a sewing machine, just run a straight stitch next to the fringe on the solid fabric in a matching color. Also, other youtubers have recommended that you heat set the paint before washing.
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, watching the full size screen...
I understand but when filming that way the camera has to be a lot further back.
These are beautiful!
Great idea, I noticed you used Rescue and Restore paint, that’s a great idea

If you stitch around the outer edge, would that stop the fraying?

@@DiyDreamingwithHiediScott thank you!
What type of shears do you use to cut the drop cloth? Do regular scissors work? Thx!
Regular scissors work just fine on drop cloth
😊
Did you have to seal the edges or would it be ok to wash again if it got dirty?
