It is fun watching your cuts in each video. It reminds me of the days I used to work with a lumber company and the inline cut lines. Those saws had some exciting ways of managing the bark and dust elaborate vacuum systems. I worked with an OSB company, too, and all the dust is reprocessed into the OSB process and used to heat the condition system for the logs. I need to figure out how best to take up your dust; I could suggest a way, but it can't inhibit production. I almost need a bay that the loader can scoop out of.
Enjoy Your videos. If You hang a plastic pale off discharge chute to collect sawdust and empty it it at the end of each cut into a plastic garbage can. Your walk way always stays clean!
Enjoy your videos very much. I worked on a couple tie mills as a young man in the 70s they were circle saw mills. Frick 4 head blocks. We took the mill to the timber and set it up. I worked with Detroit power 3 4 and 6 71s loved it even helped do some logging. Love seeing your old circle saw in action!!!
Question Please? how come you don't have a tube hitched on the shoot of saw dust so it either moves it away from the saw mill or put it into a hook and bucket on the shoot, then you wouldn't be walking in it?
A lot of girls and women still wear them now a days, but back in the 70's the men wore them too and and it was not pleasant to look at, lol... Short shorts only work on girls and women.
Power washer be much better suited for that, and definitely do it faster, not too mention a better job too. Yes I understand that would be additional costs, but definitely save on blands whether band saw, or circular saw especially. Just a thought, and you could do several at a time as long as you rolled them couple times in the process. Plus with cypress it'd probably debark them fairly well come to think of it, and unless you're doing live edges that'd be to your advantage I'd think
Well the monetize is most likely a good idea. Thing is some think they should make a ton of money then srart charging for certain content so thats where they lose me. But yea few extra bucks on the side for ya couldn't hurt!
